    I use *emphasis* in this manner, for the most part, but *not* all the time.

              I personally enjoy using the italics? it somehow seems more elegant than the use of underlining to me?

                    I use underlines as secondary emphasis.

                    First comes bold, then underline, then red, then all caps!

                    Like I could say you have no right to force US to change our habits since you can't figure out what a link is.
