About this weekend, posted from Counterglow...
As you know Sonic Undermind have their first home town gig in Reading on Sunday. We'll be playing with Joski and Riviera Gonzalez
Several of you are coming which rocks!
We should be onstage at 8pm, but get there earlier!
Anyway, some more details for you about how to get there etc.
The gig is at Bar Oz in Reading. It's opposite the station and mostly underground. It's directly opposite the main entrance to Reading station and looks a bit like a concrete bunker from outside. Obviously inside it's a totally accurate representation of an Australian pub. Er...

When the band I used to be in was about to do our first gig, our guitarist was just doing "one last quick practice" backstage and he somehow managed to break all 6 strings at once! 
Obviously we shat ourselves laughing, but the audience weren't happy 'cos we went on 20 minutes late.
