Europe has a social welfare net, it doesn't have your problems. Turkey's people are starving becuase of th emilitary regime they have and because their minds are to war.

Like I said before the USA would never let two nations like Greece and Turkey go to serious confrontations, doesn't make any sense.
In that, I agree with you.

      That's ridiculous Pak,
Let's see, my forfathers took a country away from the Native Americans here, so I should give it back, too late. Kurdistan will be assimilated by another country like Turkey or one of the bordering and probably the country the United States need the most at that time.

No Key, we will never forget the past but today is different.
It is undeniable that you have a great army but Iraqi soldiers are not famous for their abilities. Beside you wasn't alone in the Gulf War.

        I never claimed the opposite.

But along with your successes your failures must be noticed too.
Just to remind you that you are not immortals and history dictates that great powers rise and fall.
We were great power too in the past twice...

Not likely. They can barely control the 20 millions of Kurds which they massacre.

            Social Welfare,
God I hate that word, means tremendous taxes here and lets see, Socialism is how far away from communism on the left-right scale. I suppose you believe the rich should be taxed higher then the poor on a percentage basis, don't you.

that's why you don;t have any integrity in the world. You «support» a military regime who violates the interntional laws instead of a democracy. And I bet you do it the world over too.
Because Turkey has a very important role to play in what we call "Operation Northern Watch".

But last time I checked the US is far from being an enemy to Greece. You can't in your serious mind contemplate that iof war breaks US will aid Turkey
Yes...of course we will push for peace andwont take sides with Nato nations publicly..But privately we would hope turkey cam e out on top.But I serousily doubt you would last long against the turks! Your outnumbered 5:1 in most everything! Turks also have a huge military technology edge.

And in the grand scheme of things Greece has far, far more friends than Turkey does. From The russians and the arabs and the yes, in part, the americans to the EU.

              What does Tureky have?

Ya.....we will see if the EU comes to help greece in the event of war. I'dewouldnt be suprised if they were as tight lipped as we are about taking sides.

              See above for second part

Does that make you happy? We have a far superior economy and we live like kings in comparison and with freedom sicne we are a democracy.
Turkey is also a democracy if im not mistaken. Just a bit corrupt OF course I could be completel wrong.....

But you said one good thing faded, that the EU shuould pressure Turkey, well guess what, it already does.
Suprise.....Suprise....the EU wields little influence. Told you so

OK (but 5:1 means nothin as was proven by Greece in WW2. Yes Greece. You remember? your Ally? The one who fought together while Turkey was hiding its head in the sand?)

Why not, Saddam seems to be controlling them, who is going to nuke us, china with all their two ballistic missiles aimed at us, made in China, I know how well those products work and if Bush got out of the ABM treaty with Russia, you can bet there is a defense system going in place to counter incoming missiles, you never know what technology we have until we have to use it, like stealth bombers and fighters. Willing to bet your countries welfare against our technology??????

The 0,1 % of your population?

Well, hear this. Kurds are the 1/3 of the total population of Turkey.

Key there are less thn 300,000 N.Indians in USA. The rest are mixed/assimilitated.

Correct, 20 million or 50 million, Kuristan is not possible. It would be like creating Israel in the middle of the arab world

Between full blooded Native Americans and mixed blood, there are a couple million, that is also another good point, how can anyone really tell who is what after all the years of inter-mingling, if that is the right word, I really don't understand the thousands of years of fighting from the Middle East up through the Balkans just because of background, you are telling me everybody can tell by looking that he is a Kurd, muslim, Christian, or whatever and then to partake in genocide against that for a grudge from maybe 2000 years ago, my God what a sad loss of life.
