VP Cheney's outrage is visually stunning when shown in juxtiposition with a video clip of his debate with Edwards, where Cheney thanks Edwards for complimenting the Cheneys on the reaction to their daughter being a lesbian.

He wasn't sincere.

And for those who think that the Cheneys are ashamed of their daughter's sexuality. That's an even ****tier thing than mentioning his daughter. If you ran for office, and your opponents not once but twice, out of thin air, brought up your kid's sexuality, you'd think they were out of line too.

I would note that while they have one daughter go to rallies and visibly help with the campaign, the lesbian daughter is confined to having a roll in the background.

I'd also note that if I were a parent, and somebody who purported to represent the same organization I represented all but insulted my daughter, calling into question her character for no good reason at all, I'd think they were out of line.

Not if I was OK with my kids sexuality. It seems to bother quite a lot some people. Those people are not comfortable with this thing. I am, and if someone would take it out like that, hey, go ahead. It's like saying I don't hate homosexuals and I think they are quite all right.. but I wouldn't shake their hand/I'd kick their ass for flirting with me. It's quite paradoxal it is. You are either comfortable with it or not.

This is Kerry's objective, to arouse, so to speak, hardcore Anti-Gay-Marriage Republicans into not voting for Cheney, and to make republicans look like they are bothered by lesbians.

The former is underhanded because it's slimey by nature. And as for why republicans are outraged - obviously homosexuality is a sensitive topic, a moron could see that. And clearly Cheney finds it tough to have a gay daughter and be in an administration that is rightfully preventing gay marriage, god bless. To turn this daughter into a bigger issue, and to almost imply that because of her sexuality, Cheney and the Republicans don't have true conviction, is just bull**** and uncalled for.

I suggest we all start talking about Teresa Heinz Ketchup Whore, and how she owns an island, and how she will run the ****ing country with her wealth if Kerry is elected.
