    Edwards is PWNED!
'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.'"

Ohh Nice counter from Edwards for the voting against stuff.

Now this is far better 'debate' than the president's one. Maybe these guys should be the president's and the other guys should be VPs.

the moderator is letting both candidates break the rules. Is it making a better debate though.

                Cheney is mumbling.
Could be that his mike is badly placed, but often I can barely hear him.

Cheney is much better than Bush.. he is playing a good game IMO. He's saying, that Iraqis count on this effort. THey dont' count. But when you say they don't count, that sounds like insulting them, which is bad. Nice one, there's no way to win that really withotu insulting someone. Clearly planned and good. Too bad it does distort the numbers, but it's a good claim.

Puh-leeze. Edwards has pre-prepared speeches which he uses in lieu of real answers. He's used his "90%" speech twice now.

                          Cheney is shredding Edwards.

                            From CNN.com:
There have been 1,205 coalition deaths, 1,066 Americans, 68 Britons, six Bulgarians, one Dane, two Dutch, one Estonian, one Hungarian, 19 Italians, one Latvian, 13 Poles, one Salvadoran, three Slovaks, 11 Spaniards, two Thai and nine Ukrainians, in the war in Iraq as of October 5, 2004. (Graphical breakdown of casualties). The list below is the names of the soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors and Coast Guardsmen whose families have been notified of their deaths by each country's government. At least 7,532 U.S. troops have been wounded in action, according to the Pentagon. The Pentagon does not report the number of non-hostile wounded. This list is updated regularly. For a historical look at U.S. war casualties, click here.
Let's see: 1066 goes into 1205... carry the one... numerate the denominator... cross the wires... spread the cheaks... blow my brains out... almost twice! By golly, it really IS 50%!

Bloody f*cking Hell Mr. Cheney, even MY math isn't that bad. Observe...

                            1066 / 1205 = 0.884647302904...

So roughly 88%, pretty close to an even 90%. Go cheney yourself, dickhead.

I don't feel well today, so I'm not going to watch the rest of the debate until later (recording it). I just wanted to get this off my chest since I had a math test this morning. I may have flunked the math on that test, but I'll be God damned if I can't figure out how to find a simple percentage.
The cake is NOT a lie. It's so delicious and moist.

The Weighted Companion Cube is cheating on you, that slut.

I think Edwards is saying 'When John KErry is our president' too much. It sounds like he is Kerry's little lap dog and fan. Cheney carries himself better in this aspect IMO.

By saying that, apparantly you're demeaning Iraqis according to Cheney. Why are you such a racist, DRoseDARs?
