Cheney is much better than Bush.. he is playing a good game IMO. He's saying, that Iraqis count on this effort. THey dont' count. But when you say they don't count, that sounds like insulting them, which is bad. Nice one, there's no way to win that really withotu insulting someone. Clearly planned and good. Too bad it does distort the numbers, but it's a good claim.In da butt.
