It wasn't a violation. It was part of the treaty- we have anti-ballistic defense around Moscow, you keep your hardware in Alaska.

I suppose little was made of it because all of it had a less chance of working than anything we could come up with.

It protects Moscow from simulatious strike of ten ICBMs. I doubt you have something so workable.

No, in any country (including USA) a person who betrayed this country by sharing secret information with another country, considering as traitor and criminal.

        You never knew this?

Shall we put that to the test?

Well yes. What I meant was that it isn't a crime to betray Russia anywhere but Russia.

You never know until you try. you can make some "pribumbas" out of rubber in order to fit in no time. It just breaks my heart remembering all these wives and mothers and children weeping their eyes out. There's something special about grieving Russian women.

I have the balls. I'd be surprised if your missles could still get off the ground.

As for "pribumbases", you know, rubber it's not a proper material. Kursk laid below 100+ meters of water. The pressure would simply destroy it, esp. consider the temperature of water. To bring NATO's life saving equipment and Russian life saving equipment to the same standard requires a lot of time. It can't be done within few days. The operation was extremly dangerous even with sandartized euipment (when both enterance to resque chamber of Kursk and enterance to resque bridge (damn, I don't know English word for this thing) of resque sub have the same diameter). Even if NATO's resque equipment was somehow adopted for Russian standard, I highly doubt any NATO's sailor would risk his neck and enter this untested, just modified equipment.
