That doesn't work in the US because of campaign contributions, politicians won't do somthing that dries up thier $$$. If it worked in the US Ken Lay would be behind bars and the victims of Enron reimbursed from LAY'S POCKET.

Oh, you can beat me in economics but I can slaughter you in Biology.

The Singaporean state has been in the pockets of corporations many times.

I suck at science... give me a chem or bio lab or something, and you will have fire trucks showing at the scene.

I'll probably cause an explosion and end up being in the hospital for two weeks.

No seriously, I was in Physics in 12th grade. I got a B... gah... just by luck because I studied for the final. Luckily I didn't take the IB course... the rest of my classes were in the B+/A range.

My dad's brother is unlucky... his life has been tough.. he has been quite poor all his life. Never held a job for more than six months in the past. Finally a few years ago he got his act in order and got a job in geology or something like that, decent paying.

                  Two words: Iran-Contra.

But Carter was probably still worse.

Yes. Worst in the history of United States. I rated him two, but probably should've gived 3 instead, since there are worse leaders around...

However, my knowledge is biased towards foreign politics.

But Carter was probably still worse.
                    He came close.

                    • I was pro-Reagan at the time, but you can't blame me. I was only a teen and it was the Cold War. USSR was only 350 km from my house.

We are all intelligent in our own fields, and I should of never have discriminated you for your age. You seem like a bright person. I have been thinking, can you accept the fact that I have strengths? I admit one thing here right now. I am terrible at math and science. The only math I do know is that of micro-economics but even the formulas I knew have faded from my memory. I am more acute with politics and international relations. Those are my areas of strength. That is all.
                        Sure, ok.

I'll give him a 4. all 4 of them for destroying the soviet union. He accomplished his goal. was that a good thing? that's a different question.
