I only eat deli cheese, and the Aerican cheese there is very good, specially for sandwiches, or melted over a nice corn tortilla.
I love all cheese except cheeses with mold, and processed cheese foods (velvetta...UGHHH)

I like the slimy, crumbly white cheese which they make in the former Yuogoslavia. Especially when they make a salad with it and tomatos, cucumbers, & onions.
