- Cancel the horses deal, and ask for some kind of return benefit from PAL if they want it to continue.

- Allow the deal to continue, and ask for some kind of return benefit from PAL.

Whatever our response might be, we should send some kind of email message to PAL explaining our actions. First let's figure out what we want to do, then craft a suitable message to them.

I'd propose to say that we're going to cancel the gift, but would be willing to consider trading the horses for something in return.

That's a decisive majority, so we're canceling that deal at the start of next turn. Can someone from the diplo core send off a quick message to PAL letting them know? (Ideally, we send them the message at the very start of next turn, right AFTER canceling horses in-game. No need to warn them ahead of time, and they should already be expecting us to cancel the deal anyway.) Thanks.
