I don't like Emperor at all. It's like Deity without the benefit of a 2nd settler. Deity is just too much emphasis on Happy Wonders. To me, it inhibits different thought routes.
I could tell you something to expect from Boann, but I'll let it be a surprise for you.

Yeah I know. This is a Civ thing. Did y'all play Civ? I'm not a gambling man, in general. What I would tell you about Boann, I would bet the farm on.
Very few things will I bank on, but this is one.

and i hate playing AI or barbs. both piss me off too.
i don't even know what 3/4 of the RAH rules mean anymore, so i wouldn't know if i was following them or not.
