Well if your looking to fill those remaining unit slots with something new I'd like to renew my notion of including the Slitheen Crime Family. As I'm sure they'd love the idea of Earth being destroyed in a battle royale just as long as they could sell off the radioactive remains of our humble planet.

Well I'd be affraid to suggest any new triggers simply because they would require new events be written, new stories and subplots to be taken into account in your already complex story. If you honestly can't think of any new units then I'd say just let the hex's be.

Indeed - This one is a straight combat and conquer scenario,
not much in the way of improvement building or tile-upgrading.
The action with events will most likely be captures and new
characters appearing, and perhaps when an entire map is
conquered, if there is an event that can trigger when that
happens, although I don't think there is one for this...
There will be much tomfoolery with techs being made active
and unactive, depending on what happens on the battlefield.
I basically want to keep it fun, and simple with the emphasis
on commanding units in whatever style a particular civ demands.

Test of Time has arrived! Now if only I didn't have an exam tomorrow.
I can wait! But I can't wait to play this wonder curt! Update please.
On a vaguely related note, I saw the Christopher Ecclestone Doctor Who on DvD in the shop this morning, and it's got Series 1 in big letters on the front of the case.
So what happened to all the series before it then? Has curt stolen them all for inspiration?

Seems like the Beeb are treating the Eccles-gone era like
a 'new start' for the series, and in a way, I guess it is...
I would recommend the DVDs that have the episodes
'Dalek' and 'Bad Wolf/Parting of the ways' - These cannot
be beaten for for sheer CGI-filled Dalek-mania!
As for updates, maps and such are 98% done. And the build
list is only lacking a civilian unit now. There are plenty of new
characters for the 'Anti-Dalek' faction, including some funny
and memorable aliens from the old Doctor Who episodes!
Anyone remember these lycra-clad androids?

Cities will use invisible GFX and cover various important targets,
such as Davros, the TARDIS police box, and various areas.
Not much in the way of buildings, but you'll be able to
increase target/city worth with Power (tax), Command (lux)
and R+D (sci) improvements.
Other upgrades will include storage and energy depots for extra industrial output...
Extra units can be built and garrisoned, but shields are scarce
in this scenario and the emphasis is on battle, rather than building.

Well Curt the title for "Dalek Tyrany" is just about finished. I was wondering if I could ask you a question about the title text you used in your original title image. Where exactly did you get that Dalek font? I've tried the get a suitable version of that style but haven't had any luck to date.
Any chance you could PM me the font file to use in the title?
