    Lars Ulrich, Metalhead Foreign Minister,

Thank you for your proclamation. I feel that I do need to point out that Piercia was not attacked by Japan and Russia. If at any point Piercia had been attacked, or the Piercians had requested Roman aid, the full force of Roman military might would have been deployed.

Spain has always had good relationships with the Romans with many important trade deals. I thought it was well-known that Spain had good relationships with the fair continent, while it was excluded and shunned within Meduia. Many years ago when the Inca were exterminated, the Meduian nations could be a rule to themselves and marginalise and attack whichever of their fellows they decided. Now Meduia is open to and accountable to the whole world. I am sorry if you plan to dominate militarily a nation weaker than you has been thwarted by a nation stronger than you, but I fail to see the injustice - those who live by the sword die by the sword. Though hopefully you will have the wisdom to avoid death.

Believing that your proposal is made in good-faith, I will instruct the air-force to pause before beginning its bombing missions. However, I believe that Queen Peneolope should refuse your deal and simply receive back the land you have taken. Indeed you should count yourself fortunate if she does not demand compensation for the destruction you have wrought on her land. I see no reason that she should cede you other cities. However, that is a decision for her to make, and Roman forces will pause until she had indicated what Spanish will is unless they see offensive action by Indians.

      Chairman Vasili Mikhailovich Blokhin,

I am not looking for war.
I'm only the son of a murdered father, and for all I know only the relations between Russia and my father were horrible.

      I must find the murderer.
Russian people where there at Satricum.
Can you tell me which of the 3 arrested masked men was the murderer of my father.

We appreciate your restraint. Our troops will not advance further and will simply hold our current ground until an acceptable agreement can be reached.

          Yurya of the Khmer, Friend,

My pilots have reported that Khmer engineers are working to build railroads to carry Indian tanks through captured Spanish territory towards the front line. This appears to be blantant support of the Indian war-effort contrary to your public statements that declared neutrality.

I have always found you trustworthy. Perhaps you could explain what my pilots have reported?

To the Ruler of the Holy Roman Empire,

            Greetings,

It is sad that until now we have not had close relationships, and I am sorry that my first public communication with you needs to be in these circumstances.

However, it has become clear to me that the Indian invasion of my friend and ally Spain is only possible because of your support of India in allowing their massive armies to cross your land. You could bring this war to an end in an instant by insisting that no Indian armies cross your land.

Rome would appreciate it if you were to stop Indian troops crossing your land. Doing so would demonstrate that Rome has no need to consider you an enemy. For however much it pains me, if you were to support the Indian invasion of my ally Spain I am not sure how else I could view you.

Of course, perhaps I have misunderstood Meduian geography. I am sure you will be pleased to clarify things for me.

            Marcus of Rome.

              Marcus,

My father ordered a railroad be built on the SE flank of Meduian to assist all nations with trade and movements. I can see how this looks but I think it aided the peace process.

Unfortunately he did not live to see it finished

Yurya dies in an explosion in Xristo City!

                World announcement

In a strange circumstance Yurya was killed in an explosion near Xristo City. It appears to have been a deliberate terrorist blast.

The exact nature of what occurred remains a mystery but his son Surya, Son of Yurya has temporarily taken control of the Khmer Republic. Anti-Russian operatives suspected but thorough investigation is required. Yurya's Russian heritage was not popular with all Khmerians. Surya is well protected in light of the incident.

He is considering his fathers policies and listening to the voice of the people and may not remain Khmer leader.

Spartan defence increased after murdering of many state leaders

Alexander II immediately started to increase the defence of all Spartan cities.
After the murdering of the Russian and Spartan state leaders now the leader of the Khmer also has been killed.

"Will more leaders die? Are we all a target for these maniacs?" Alexander worried.
Alexander ordered all Spartan armies to return to the Spartan homelands to defend the Spartan citizen in the upcoming implosion of the world.

He addressed the people of Sparta on the main square of Knossos:
"People of Sparta, we are at the beginning of a new age.
I fear that dead and destruction will erupt soon. We can only be safe if we protect ourselves.

If more leaders will be killed the world will fall into a new age of darkness.
Nobody will dare to trust another anymore."

Then suddenly a messenger came forward, he whispered something in Alexander's ear...

Alexander was visibly shocked and said with a loud voice: "Another world leader has been murdered,..............."

[ooc: I don't know yet who's been killed either!! Please tell me ]

The governors of the Celtic cities convened to discuss the current situation of the continent. It had been many years since the Celtic people had even thought about war. Over this time, the Celtic people had come to ally with the Metalheads after their ancient conflict over the port city of Aonghus. Now, their friends for so many years is involved in a awar on this very continent. While rumors of the war swirled from city to city, the Celtic people began to prepare for defense in case the war was brought to their doorsteps. But now, as the Metalheads war wages on, we see that the other powers of the world are providing an imbalance in this war and sticking their nose where it does not belong. So the question of the day for the governors of Celtia, what do we do?

Loud shouting emanated from the room as the governors debated the situation.

"Just because Rome and Portugal are butting in does not mean we should but in as well. This is not our fight."

"But the Metalheads have become our staunch allies and helped us in times of trouble. We owe it to them to aid, especially in light of other countries rushing to Spain's aid."

"We've built forces and prepared should a war reach us. If our friends are going to be overcome, we should help them out. They would do the same for us."

The meeting continued for several hours and at last a decision was made. For the honor of the Metalheads and all of Medua, Celtia will enter the war should it continue. Our troops are prepared and en route.

You know, if no one volunteers you must continue the story this way:

Russia is all too well aware of Greek interrogation tecniques. We have have worse footage but I felt that it might be unsuitable for those with more sensitive stomachs.

Please desist from brutalising Russian citizens and, if he still lives, release this unfortunate man forthwith. Perhaps it might interest the Roman officials as to how you kidnapped a man from within their own lands? Perhaps the World might like to know how a man could have been given instructions 'the day before' by someone who had died three days previously?

The fact is that you will torture an innocent man in order to fabricate an excuse to invade Russia. When your intent is clear for all to see there is no point in argument or debate. I know what you are plotting, all Russia knows what you are plotting and every nation in the World, without its' eyes glued on Spain, knows what you are plotting.

Please consider this to be an end to all formal diplomatic relations between the Russian Republic and the Greek Empire. Until your temper has cooled I will hold no further congress with you.

                            Major-General Vasili Mikhailovich Blokhin,

"Another world leader has been murdered,...............
Son Yon Il from Korea!" Alexander said.

Everybody on the great square of Knossos was shocked.
Since the liberation of Korea Sparta and Korea had been close to each other again. Son Yon Il, the king of Korea had visited Sparta oftenly, and used the Korean castle near Sparta a lot, both for resting and working.

Now this kind Son Yon Il had been murdered!

"This is the 4th world leader that has been murdered! We cannot let this continue!" Alexander said.
"We will start investigations immediately. Our warships heading towards Meduian will be called back immediately. The cities of Sparta are in danger."

then Alexander stepped to the gigantic statue that was hidden under a large sheet.
"But first we must honour my father, Menlaus II, Emperor of Sparta, Japan and Korea!" then he pulled some cords and the gigantic sheet dropped to the ground..... revealing ....... nothing

"Where's the statue of "Menelaus the Redeemer"?" Alexander asked.
Nobody said a word. Then a messenger arrived who said: "The Romans, the Romans stole our statue! They took it only a couple of minutes ago!"

Alexander was shocked! The statue of Menelaus the Redeemer (of Korea) that was supposed to be showed to the world today was vanished. *poof*.
Then Alexander suddenly saw a small pile of money. "$1486, that's not too shaby!" he said.

                                "Pesky Romans!"

[ooc: Rome dude, my statue was finished this turn, as was yours! so why did you get it and not me? grrrr!]
