Khmer, I'm sorry but portugal did indeed not break the rules. He waited 7 hours.
Portugal has agreed that Khmer can move first next turn to give Khmer the #1 order in the turn order again. (which gives Khmer a doublem move!)
I think that's kind of Portugal. And I think it's kind of you that you agreed with no reload.
If Portugal can tell me when he's ready to finish his 1828 move then we're all settled.
I'll then pause the game and load it tomorrow morning so that we can have the normal play schedule again.
Once again, it was my fault, I shortened the turn-timer to make it fit with the 24h schedule again, which was stupid. Next time this happens I'll just enlarge the turn timer to make it fit within the 24h order again. Another lesson learned (the hard way).
Please Khmer, do not say those things about Portugal!
Portugal really did nothing wrong, not even his intentions were bad.
And Portugal, your response to Khmer is not too nice either. Please all try to keep in mind that when a dispute arises we first need time to find a solution. Please refrain from calling names etc.
Believe me, I've been there, and in your head things become easily quite paranoia, I even believed at a certain moment that some of you hacked my server account. But in the end there's just a problematic turn of events caused by this bane called 'double move'.
Regarding the double move rule, we can add something like: "Players never double move, unless 9 hours have passed and someone really can't wait any longer"
Which means: I wait 18 hours for Rome to move, if I have to, but if I can't wait that long then I'm allowed to move after 9 hours. (or 12 or 15 or whatever fits me).
