    Meeting of the Elders

The explorer party returned to Tikal with the Corean farmgirls in tow. Several times they were told to go back to the Corean capital, but their lust for the Mayan warriors was too great and they refused to go back.

The farmgirls were presented to the Mayan councel of Elders, and closely inspected. The features of these new people were unlike anything the Elders had ever seen, and some feared this was to be the first glimps of the face of their new enemys.

The explorers explained how they were attacked by the Coreans, how they slaughtered the attackers, spared the capital, and aquired the farm girls. They also told stories of their travels in the south. Massive and beautful mountains divided the Coreans from the Mayans, and in these mountains was a metal the color of the sun.

Samples of this yellow metal were given to the Mayan metalsmiths, and melted down with the same process they used for copper. Too soft a material to be used for weapons, this new substance was crafted into necklasses and bracelets, and presented to the Elders.

Finally, the explorers explained how they tried to negotiate boarders with the Coreans, so as to avoid future conflicts between the two peoples. These talks however beared no fruit, as the Coreans would not budge concerning who was to control the shiny yellow metal in the mountains.

The Elders talked among themselfs about how to proceed considering this new information about their neighboors to the south. During this time, an explorer from the Greek people arrived and gave a message of peace.

After several days, one of the elders addressed the Mayan War Cheifs at a ceremonial fire.

"Mayan Cheifs, we now know that our people are not alone in this world. Another people far to the west that call themselfs the Greeks have contacted us. Our own warriors have contacted the Coreans to the south beyond the mountains. These people are not of the jungle, these are not simply Mayans who we have not yet met. They speak different different tounges, wear different clothes, and have light skin. The Greeks come in peace, and their knowledge of the world rivials our own. We could learn much from these people. The Coreans however seem to be more primitive and hostel. Even in the face of total annialation they imposed demands and would not agree on what land was to be theirs and what land was to be ours. This worries us deeply. If that is their demenor while their backs are against the wall, what will happen when they grow stronger? The Elder councel has therefore decided that these Coreans should be delt with before they can pose a threat to the Mayan people. Perhaps some day their leadership will come to their senses, but until then we must regard them as the enemy. War Cheifs, send warriors to deal with this threat at once."

I wanted to ask that and I don't think it's simply the flying camera.

However I think Greece has a style in this game and it is best for only them to stick to their style.

        • It is winter now and the first half of Lord Oda's army has just finished their training. Nobunaga doesn't wan to send out his army yet at least not all of it at once. So he sends a small group of warriors and his oldest son. Kenshin now at the age of 10 is the leader of the group. The young boy was to be bathed in the blood of man and prove to his father that he was ready to become shogun. So Kenshin along with a small group boarded The Jin and were on there way to a foreign land filled with wild beast and other civilization that do nothing but fight each other. The boy was not scared since he was trained by his father to use the special weapons that only the Oda clan had. The Bokken was designed to be more lightweight then clubs and were twice as deadly if trained to use properly.

          • The Raz followers gathered around the round table and faced the Despot Rasputin. As leader of the exiled people he had instigated many a change.

First he had ensured only true follwoers came with them, any spies were killed on the mountain overlooking the new city.

Second he had spoken to the warriors of old and garnered them to following the Great Raz.

Thirs he set up the city defneces to keep out the traiters from the old city.

Now he was planning ways of retaking the old city and enslaving the people to do the work for him.

It's a combination of flying camera, making a lot of screenshots, looking for the right one.

Then going to google image search and looking for the right image.

Then I use Corel Photo Paint to merge the screenshot and the photo together.

It all starts obviously with a mental image.

I try to create an atmosphere with my greek empire, I hope to use the screenshots throughout the entire game. I'm looking forwards to marching armies and battle screenshots (eventhough I'm afraid that the pitboss server won't show battles).

I intend to include more stories in the future as well, though I'll try to keep the texts short. There are 18 civs, I don't think that people are willing to read entire 'books' to finish this game.

It is no secret. I've made use of the same type of stuff in other games. This one was from HOTWVII. This is David vs. Goliath (or Dawud vs. Jalut since I was the Arabs):

But yea, Greece's stuff is *very* impressive. Keep it up.

                      • It was with great shock and alarm that the Corean people learned of the fate of the workers who had mysteriously gone missing so very long ago . Word reached Seoul that they had in fact been kidnapped by Mayan agents. More alarming was the Mayan demand that Corea allow them to settle right next to their capital. This caused great panic among the populace, as many prepared to accept their fate as Mayan slaves. Others suggested that it would be better to fight and die than to accept such onerous terms.

Being fair and noble, however, the Corean leadership decided to send an envoy to Tikal offering a just and lasting peace, asking in return only that the workers be repatriated. They suggested the Yalu river, running on the northeastern flank of the mountains separating the two peoples, to be a natural and ideal boundary between them. They pledged not to build a city within two mountain-lengths of their side of the river, but stated that the Mayans would not be bound to do the same. Quite a concession, as the river is closer to Seoul than to Tikal.

They furthermore suggested that peace between the nations be eternal and inviolable, and pledged to Buddha that they would forfeit their control over the nation if they broke the peace. They noted, however, that they would not be offended if the Mayan leadership chose to limit the peace to some time in the (distant) future, so long as they made a similar pledge not to break it.

                        • With war brewing between the city states. The palce of the Greast Ones made acritical mistake they sent their army of the Hardy boys Eastwards to avenge the loss of the scouts and to find the maruding lions.

Back in the Great Raz city, they were training for war.

It was time to cleanse the whole area of infidels.

                            • Histroy chronicles show the first 2000 years of the Oldonians to have been filled with a great awe of their surrounding area.

In that 2000 years they had once been visited by another civilisation , but that meeting was so long ago that many had forgotten and bleieved they were alone in the world.

The Oldonian world spread from the Western Sea to the Valley of Death in the east. From the Northern Lakes and Dark Forrest to the Southen Lakes.

The land inbetwen was mainly open plains with a few hills. In the centre of their land was the Great Mountain where they beleived life on earth was formed by the Great One, later to be known as the Great Raz. Families travelled at least once a year into the mountains to worship.

Much angst was started when woodcutters begun cutting down parts of the Great Forrest. The older famileis believed this was sacrelege. To clear parts of the Holy Forrest. But the younger generations knew this was part of developing.

The Oldonians had much respect for their wise people, who continually came up with new ways to utilise the world. The discovery of clay, and soft mallable metals was a break through that affected them to this day.

The first farm co-operstives were formed in this early era and food became more abundant.

The split of the Oldonina people into two states was the turning point and history shows it was this more than anything else that led the Oldonians into being the civilised nation it became later on. Whilst for centuries the civil war raged over the name of their Holy One. Once this war finished it led to the unification of the peoples and a new respect for the world they lived in.

                              • it has only been two months since Kenshin left to go meet with the leaders of the main land. the lord of the zanza clan took this opportunity to invade the city of Kyoto. with the 9th squad of the anbu black ops gone under the leadership of Kenshin. without the greatest fighter gone Kyoto was left completely undefended. knowing this lord zanza sent his army to clan the city of Kyoto for himself. with the new metallic weapons the Oda forces were no match for the zanza clan. after only half a day the oda forces were killed off and only a few were left making it difficult for the zanza forces to completely take the city. with the shameful defeat for the oda forces Nobunaga took his own life along with his top commandeers. with the city taken Lord Zanza began to hang everyone with the blood of oda.
on the jin zanza warriors were sent to kill Kenshin but even with their advanced weapons they were no match for the god like speed and strength of kenshin. knowing that returning now will mean death so he told his ninjas to go to each village and tell them to go into hiding and to spread the word of his death. and so it was the once great Oda clan was killed off and the time zanza had begun.
