There might be a slight problem with what lands the Oldonian people claim and what the Wyandot people claim though. The Wyandot Nation suggests that the river you call "The Eastern River" as being the perfect natural separation between our two lands.

We hope the great Oldonian Empire understands our geographical position with our good friends the Piercians to our south and southeast.

However, I believe that our two great empires can come upon equally satisfying border arrangement. This border agreement does not have to be settled immediately. Both of our people have plenty of time to discuss it before available territory becomes an issue.

    • The Path she chosed

Now that the road from Pierced Hill to Asizia was finished, Esther couldn't wait to see him again. The day of her arrival was the greatest in the history of the new city until then. The day of Esters mariage. With the consent of her mother the Empress, Asiz was given the right to claim her hand as a reward for years of loyal services.

The ritual was a modernized reproduction of a traditional marriage among the Piercians. The bride, before the sunrise, was attached to a tree that the one who claimed her hand had to cut down before the sun reached it's highest point in the sky without harming the bride. It was a test of the brides trust, and the mans strenght. However, this time, Esther was attached to the biggest tree around, with a chain made of Kho'Per. Asiz could use whatever he wanted to bring the tree down, and so he took two ritual blades he had crafted himself.

When the tree finally came down after a couple of hours, something unexpected happened : as soon as esther was delivered from the chains, she took her imperial necklace and attached it to her new husbands neck. This necklace was the mark of the one who is the legetimate successor to Empress Iris. By doing so, Asiz acquired the title of Prince of Piercia.

A great celebration was hold until the next morning, and the message reached the Empress. She knew that this would happen, and She was pleased.

      • (I don't know my pw or anything yet, but this is on behalf of Korea)

        1675 b.c., Seoul...

        Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti...

The band of warriors approached the humble home of the warlord Gung Ye who had dominated the township of Seoul and controlled the Buddhist faith that was born there. Their faces were determined, their stride quick and powerful.

        Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti...

"You! Monk!" one of the warriors barked at a monk who was entranced in meditation, the monk did not bat an eyelash "You listen to me when I speak" the warrior continued, as he kicked the monk to his back.

"You interrupt our meditation, you are bringing-"

        "SILENCE! Where is Gung Ye?!?"

"I will not allow you to bring anger into this place, it is a most sacred dwelling, it is here that the Buddha came to us, right at that tree there." the monk explained, he showed no sign of fear.

"I am not here for a sermon, Mayan soldiers are camped right outside of the city and Gung Ye does nothing, you will fetch him for me, at once!"

        Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti....

The monk knew that Gung Ye was supposed to be out on campaign, in the jungles beyond the great mountains, he also knew the dire situation the Korean people were in. Under Gung Ye's rule many Koreans were enslaved and negotiations with the Mayan Kingdom had gone nowhere. But he also knew his benefactor, the warlord Gung Ye, was imperative to the monks' survival. "I know not where Gung Ye is."

"Wang Geon" one of the other warriors said, clutching his leader's shoulder "We can't press this monk, it will not bode well, I have a bad feeling about this."

"He must be inside" Wang said "I know he's here! Gung Ye hasn't the bravery to lead an army into unknown lands, is the coward inside?" Wang Geon would not dare enter Gung Ye's home, it was sacred after all and murder would not bode well with the Korean people.

"Wang Geon, I implore you, this is over, the people are with us, if we press the matter further we will lose their support" his most trusted advisor Gang Jo said.

Wang Geon thought for a moment and looked towards Gung Ye's house "You coward, you come out now! And face me!"

Sabbe satta sukhi hontu, Sabbe satta sukhi hontu, Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Shanti...

"Come out and face me!" Wang Geon continued, his men seemed a bit less determined than before, perhaps they realized that they may be trading a terrible leader for a maniac.

"....Shanti Shanti Shanti...." Gung Ye finished and opened his eyes, the entire affair outside went unnoticed by the leader as he rose to his feet.

"Gung Ye!" Wang Geon yelled from outside, this time Gung Ye took notice.

Gung Ye picked up a weapon and looked at the statue of the Buddha, closed his eyes and took a deep breath...

          FROM:
Supreme King Wang Geon of the Kingdom of Goguryeo, master of the land of the Koreans

TO: The Empire of the Maya

We regret the past relationship between our two peoples. It was one of misunderstanding, of deceit, and of disrespect and we offer our humble sorrow over what had transpired between the people of Korea and the Empire of the Maya.

We are pleased to inform you that the tyrant King Gung Ye and his minions have been replaced with the honorable Wang Geon of the Goguryeo. We understand that the Maya people are a proud people, and have won their spoils of war in a fair and honorable way, and while we in no way bow to the power of Mayan forces, we wish for the bloodshed and slaughter to end. We are a peaceful people, who embrace the teachings of the great Buddha who come mysteriously to us in a time immemorial, and hope that we can teach the Maya to embrace his teachings as well.

We understand our two peoples had disagreements over boundaries that, in time, will ensure our mutual prosperity through peaceful means. We are more than willing to hear your offer for these boundaries and assure you that we will do whatever it takes to ensure our mutually beneficial peace and prosperity for years to come. We hope we can at least come to terms on a cease-fire agreement.

Please, make haste in your response.

-Gang Jo, Grand General of the Goguryeo Army and Imperial Advisor to Supreme King Wang Geon-

                  • A Mayan scout returns to Tikal from the jungles...

: Elders! I have news that the Koreans have settled a second city!

A second city? Where is it located? Surely the Koreans would not be dumb enough to have built it in Mayan claimed lands.

: Elders, the location is unknown. I heard Korean farmers talking about it while scouting outside the Korean capital.

Find this city and report it's location to us at once! If it is within Mayan lands burn it. Notify our warriors to continue pillaging the Koreans until this citys location is determined.

: I shall spread the message.

                          A big festival was planned.

But then the Natives said something of a borer arrangement, this bemused the Oldoninas as they figured the whole world was there to be shared.

They set out to meet the peorced once but the natives would not tell them where the pierced ones were

                          • The Wonderous Mayans

                            The Mayan Oracle

After 500 years of labor and countless lives lost, the Mayan completed the Oracle at Tikal in 1700 BC.

At a height of over 230 feet, the Oracle was by far the tallest structure in the ancient world, until the Great Pyramids were built.

The Oracle served as the home of the Elder Cheifs, and it was here that they communicated with the supernatural.

Modern day engineers marval at how such an ancient society could produce such an advanced structure. Most agree that the Mayans early grasp of geometry combined with superior masonry skills practiced during the construction of Stonehenge allowed such a feat to be achived. It should also be noted that although the giant temple/tower appears to have vast living space, it is mostly solid with a single stairway leading to the upper living quarters and worship platform on top.

There are however some who argue that such an impressive achivement could have only been pulled off with help from extraterrestrials and that the supernatural beings the elders communicated with were infact aliens from another world. Select peices of ancient Mayan art dating as far back as 3500 BC depect what looks to be flying crafts, although skeptics are quick to point out that these "spaceships" are probably Mayan river boats.

Regardless of how it was built, this towering monolith of granite still stands today outside the modern day city of Tikal as a testement to the genius and determination of these ancient people.

                            • Wang Geon; Father of the Koryo Dynasty

Wang Geon took advantage of the situation surrounding the Mayan war; the people of Seoul were afraid of the Maya and Wang Geon knew it would be easy to dislodge the warlord Gung Ye from his position of authority. The people were under the impression that Gung Ye was leading an expeditionary force north towards Mayan lands. Part of this was true - there WERE soldiers marching towards Mayan holdings - however they were a small force rallied simply to boost the confidence of the people of Seoul. The facts were alarming and Gung Ye did not want to risk the people knowing them. The Maya had captured Korean farmers in the countrysides and there was nothing Gung Ye or his army could do about it.

Wang Geon knew that if Seoul's protection relied on Gung Ye and his efforts the whole culture risked demise. Wang Geon himself wasn't from Seoul, he was from the small village of Pyongyang, miles away from Seoul but sharing a common heritage. The people of Pyongyang had always shared ties with Seoul, but didn't share their Buddhist beliefs. This was important because Wang Geon felt that Buddhism weakened the resolve of the Korean people in Seoul, especially under Gung Ye who was heavily influenced by a cadre of Buddhist monks. This troubled Wang Geon, and drove him to action.

Now this isn't to say that Wang Geon was a great patriotic figure, in fact he loathed Seoul's position and newly found reputation as a bastion of culture and a paragon of Buddhist-driven virtue. He was resentful of Seoul's attitude towards his people in Pyongyang (the people of Pyongyang considered Seoul's population snobs), and was upset that Seoul brought on "the Mayan scourge" to the Korean countryside.

With a third of Gung Ye's forces out on "campaign" (the force sent by Gung Ye would have been vastly outnumbered even against the defenses of Seoul itself, let alone the powerful Mayan Empire) and the population of Seoul in fear for their lives, Wang Geon realized the time was ripe to stage a takeover. It is difficult to tell exactly what occured, but many scholars believed Wang Geon took full advantage of Gung Ye's lies and the people's belief that their leader was heroically challenging the Mayan armies that ravaged the countryside.

Around 1675 BCE Wang Geon and a small force of warriors from Pyongyang entered the city of Seoul and assaulted Gung Ye in his home (which was protected by Buddhist monks as a sacred site), it is rumored that Gung Ye was sent to the Maya as a slave, to indicate that they were serious about resolving their differences...

                              • Numa Pompilius looked out the windows of the great hall. The sky was dark with clouds and occasional thunder could be heard. The palace and the city itself seemed to be deserted and empty.

'How bleak our future seems without our king.'

He was elected king days ago, but he did not yet think of himself as such. There was great sadness in Rome. The most important Roman to ever live was now in hands of Port-Gauls. All the city's strength seemed gone or waning. Would Rome be able outlive its founder?

'It must.' Pompilius rose up and proclaimed to the grieving assembly of patricians in the main chamber:

"We must shake off this melancholy! It is unseemly for people of our greatness! People of our debt. Fool yourself not, we have a debt. A debt to king Romulus we can never repay. From this day forward all Romans must worship Romulus as a god! Just as Prometheus stole fire from the gods and gave it to men at a cost of eternal suffering, so has Romulus given freedom to us, his children at the cost of eternal captivity.

And so Rome adopted a state religion, it was not a universal religion, it was a faith only a Roman could hold. But all Romans held it. All would think of Romulus as their father and god.

"Now send a messenger to the Portuguese ask them to send a proposal of how to divide lands amongst us.
