It's a shame Frank didn't know, until I told him after the session, that The Rusians started WW1 by declaring war on America...

But hey we had two great subs and the game went on!! Cant blame Firaxis anynore - it's all down to us to have corrct firewallsettings etc.

The Russians started this all, long ago, with their story lines about the inside troubles with the jews, and dragging it over to America.

Long I was not interested in this was, so I tried to ignore it, but then I decided that I would jump on the American bandwagon and go with the flow

What I wonder about is at what point you and russia have agreed to be allies in this war. I'll publish all private communication of the star alliance, I think that'll be cool.

I think that you and Kuno agreed to be the bad guys right before you posted about the explosion in Delhi and the rise of the new king.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. My intention was to stop your missionaries from going north. It wasn't to go to war. You are the one who pushed for war. I was quite surprized at how you reacted.

My thought is that you and the rest of the 'star alliance' were just waiting for any opportunity to grab land from me and Russia. And you just used my missionary demand to create that war.

Oh well, we defended ourselves well against your land grab, and ended up with a few spoils ourselves.

This last session went pretty well, as far as our connection goes. I think we should become a bit more organized as far as starting the game goes. From what I can tell though, the new start time seems to be a half an hour later than before.

I think as long as we figure out who is and isn't playing early we can get subs prepped for the game. This way the game can go off without any questions or worries, so I am going to start by saying I can confirm my presence.

I think Cyber said he might not be able to play, so we should get a sub lined up for America.

We are gonna have a guest observer this week.

I've got a house guest from Australia (Sydney) this week, and apparently he is a big fan of Civ. I told him about diplogames and he really likes the idea of it, so he is gonna be here watching me play.
