Ehh, I'm on Emperor already. The score is biased by 2 things:
-- I'm Alex and playing SE, got Parthenon, so my early GP are through the roof... as such, I have been lightbulbing out the wazoo, and this makes me very far in advance on tech, and that biases the score.
-- I am going for a cultural win, again as SE, with my own theory on how to do a cultrual with SE/production cities using massive wonder building. Net effect is that the culture status also biases the score, and inflates the power graph, which both helps me defensively as well as enables me to advance my cultural win.

    Anyway.

Really? I didn't think culture affected the power graph -- thought that was just a raw military power/technology equation....

They are appearing fine for me as well.

I seem to be lucky and the only issue I'm seeing are the missing culture/espionage displays on the city build screen.

I'm not sure whether or not this is how that option is supposed to work. However, I believe there should be another option along the lines of "workers leave forests" that you can check.

... like the "automated workers leave forests" option?

A couple of turns ago Hammurabi created Carthage from his overseas possessions. And now I notice some cities have significant amounts of Carthaginian citizens. These cities are located in what used to be Russian territory (I killed them). This is not just in captured cities. Sitting Bull settled a new city after I razed Russian cities and that one has the same problem.

This is not a small percentage but actually more than 50 percent Carthaginian nationals. Hammurabi and his vassal Carthage declared war so I'm now getting "we yearn for our mother country" unhappiness

I also have 170 war weariness with Carthage. We haven't even met, let alone fight. Carthage was created 1 or 2 turns ago and this is the first turn of the war

I'm guessing any "obsolete" culture and war weariness is incorrectly assigned to the first new civ.
That is a bug where the new civ has replaced the civ that got whiped out and has inherited all the Russian culture, WW and diplomatic history etc. Did the war start on the turn he created the colony? This is because you were at 'war' with the russians so now have to be at 'war' with the colony and its master. It's broken, basically.

What an unmitigated disaster. My brother and I play multiplayer over a LAN and after installing the 313 patch we can't go two turns without going out of synch. We've initiated several games that *STARTED* out of synch, first turn. Nice job guys, i'm going back to LotRO and probably never coming back after this crap.

You mean it's not a coincidence that the war declaration and creating the colony happen at the same time? That's even worse than I thought. It ruined my game.

                    That's pretty much game-breaking IMO.

Same here. This pretty much ruins MP.

This and the Workers_juggling_their_balls_in_cities_while_there _is plenty of work_to_do is what is most annoying currently in the game.

I also noticed that air units behave as before BTS. You can have unlimited number of them in cities. My guess is it's a bug not a feature.

I got a fairly weird bug with 3.13 Civ 4 BTS.

Whenever I attack and conquer the city of Corinth from Alexander, his other city of Mycenae also falls to my armies. Even though he still has units guarding it. It appears to be 100% repeatable on my PC.

I tried the save and the same thing happens. That rules out something specific to your PC.

If you spread the attack over 2 turns everything is normal.

                          Very weird.

Edit: forgot to add that Alexander's units in Mycenae don't disappear. In addition Khmer worker appears in that city, probably captured.

Do you have a save with either/both of those conditions?

                                Save attached.

Let me give some more details. This is a new game started after the patch. I haven't tested extensively the air units issue but you can notice that I have 8 bombers and 7 Air Ships in one of my vassal's cities (Agra - India). I will test if there are no restrictions in my own cities and if Airports have any effect.

I tested the worker issue on one of the small islands. There were plenty of tiles without railroad and instead of railroading the workers just get back to the cities and stay there.

The worker issue is even worse now than it used to be because I have noticed that the AI does a lot more tile sabotage than it used to do before and it is a PITA to keep track of all destroied improvements in the late game.
