The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.
25 themes/skins/styles are now available to members. Check the select drop-down at the bottom-left of each page.

[77] It appears that the availability of resources is inconsistent if you build a city on top of it. For example, horses will not be available but iron will be.
The ability to upgrade units from the city screen rather than taking you back out to the main map.
The ability to have a follow unit option. When i set a unit to 'goto' i don't see its moves unless i happen to be on that piece of map and then it's very fast. I need a better way of keeping track of these units especially if i change my mind!
A better way of monitoring health and happiness. A bit vague but the F1 screen looks like a spreadsheet and i miss the faces but also comparing numbers for health/happiness is tedious.
I'd also like to comment on idea #70. I can see the usefulness of that idea to some people, but I'd prefer it not to be mandatory.
Yes, that's why I proposed a checkbox to decide you no longer want the name or if it's just for this time.

I was thinking of this too, but for following enemy units, e.g. especially for subs. After all, that's supposed to be one of their strengths: tracking enemy (or potential enemy ) shipping.

My apologies LDICesare. I did see that you had proposed a checkbox, but I feared that a Firaxian would read the list, and either overlook the checkbox idea, or decide that it wasn't necessary. I just wanted to ensure that it wasn't missed.
[28] A "No More Advice" radio box on the screen (or in the game options) that recommends builds after a city builds something. Let the players figure it out! Maybe leave this on for levels below Noble. You have options to turn off Sid advice and advisor pop ups, but none that I can see to turn off building recommendations on the build screen.
Where there is a 'sticky' at the top of the list that allows you click on the last unit you've built. I.E. I've just built a Tank and I want to build another one - rather than having to scroll down the list it would at the top of the list.
Had this problem in Civ 3 as well as Civ 4! I like to play with the grid on but each time I load the game it doesn't remember it and I have to click it again. Minor but annoying!

[78] Allow changing the number of AI empires from the 'Play Game' screen. And while adding AI empires is possible with 'Custom Game', having to do so one at a time (and constantly scrolling) is tedious. A simple number counter would be better.
[79] Show the AI progress towards their Ship on the victory screen.
[80] Split the "Open Borders" option into two separate features - "Open Trade Borders", which allows foreign trade, and all non-military units to pass through, and "Open Military Borders" which allows military units to pass through.
[81] Prevent AI empires from making attacks across neutral borders. Illustration: Empire A is at war with me, Empire B is not. Empire A and Empire B have an Open Border treaty, I do not have an Open Border treaty with Empire B. I have a unit sitting at the border of Empire B. Empire A brings a unit up to the other side. At this point, I cannot attack the unit from Empire A without causing B to go to war with me. This becomes problematic when you have a city that is at the border.
[83] Additional mouse-over and color-coding is needed on the diplomacy window when the AI refers to another civ. It is not clear which Americans, Chinese, etc. the AI may be referring to if you chose to have both American, Chinese, etc. leaders in your game.
Allow catapults, canon and so on to destroy improvements from distance like in Civ 3. It was quite usefull... just dont know if it would cause some unbalance.
Make the fort more powerfull, its useless right now. And maybe they should turn into Radar tower when you it modern era. Allowing you to see further away from your frontier.
The gunship should be able to cross water.
Need a abandon city option for the city under pop 5.
A clear message telling you that your opponents are about to have completed a wonder. It happens often that you build your wonder and they are hurrying their before you and you end up with nothing.
Spy should be able to destroy improvements, kill great peoples, dismiss enemy units and make them believe that it is someone else than you that did this.
Add an option of Tech stagnation at the beginning of a game or fix the building time problem with an epic game.
Missionary could have a Burn Heretic action which would try to eradicate a religion from a city.
(not sure of this one) Bring back natural disasters.

[89?] when zooming into the city screen and exiting later again: do not immediately pan back to the still selected unit but stay centred on the city.
[90] allow a multiple unit selection wake like in civ3 where you opened the context menu on the stack (was: right-click, now SHIFT-click) and using SHIFT or CTRL to wake several units.
