Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
1. In city screen be able to mouseover terrain and show info (production, improvements, etc) like on regular map screen
2. be able to right-click on city and change production (like in Civ3)
3. find city dialog: Ctrl-F bring list of cities so can center on one
4. easier management of specialists. Currently +/- work so slow. Have a screen like F1, where it lists for each city, tiles available, tiles worked on, tiles not worked on and specialits. I'm finding it alot that for some reason I have a city starving or not growing because computer decided to have some specialists instead of working on a tile.
More mouse-over User-Interface tooltips, with option to turn them on/off (in Options of course). For instance, this would describe that on the F4 that Right-click initiates contact with that furriner.
BTW Yin, post 1's #s 14-16 are duplicated in 17-19
Thanks to everybody for catching my mistakes. I've now hyperlinked the numbers, so please do post a quick explanation of the problem and your solution unless it's really obvious.

[27] Allow the player to have the music on from the very start! Maybe even add some other options like "Music correlates to zoom level and era."
It's an interesting decision (or bug?) that the music only plays at certain zoom levels, etc. With such awesome music to offer, I hardly get to hear it!

[28] A "No More Advice" radio box on the screen (or in the game options) that recommends builds after a city builds something. Let the players figure it out! Maybe leave this on for levels below Noble. You have options to turn off Sid advice and advisor pop ups, but none that I can see to turn off building recommendations on the build screen.
While this is helpful the first time through, it gives the player the feeling that perhaps the game could run on auto-pilot to victory, which isn't true, of course, but it gives that impression.

[29] Add an ini option/graphics menu option to disable leaderhead animations and replace them with static pictures of the leaderheads.
Its a simple matter to mod Civ4 and replace them with a regular picture but aside from a few leaderhead pics in the fansite kit high-quality pictures of the leaderheads aren't available for this. If anybody has access to high-quality pics of all the leaders, I would hope Firaxis would. Its also like virtually no work and could just be included as a mod in the patch if they don't want to add it to ini/graphical options.
Oh and incase anyone is wondering, its to increase performance/for those annoyed with the animations. And yes, it does actually help performance.

[11] Show the total cost of upgrading all units. Currently, only the individual cost is shown when you hover over the upgrade button. (can anyone confirm that this is possible currently, and if so how it is done)
Hover the mouse over the unit upgrade icon, press the shift key, nothing happens. However continue to press shift key move mouse from the icon and than back to the icon. You will see the total cost.

[30] When settler selected, or tile info turned on (to show food/hammers/coins for tiles) still use the white circles to indicate which tiles are worked
[30.a] when tile info is turned on, mouse should be able to drag those white circles to shift city workers from one tile to another
[31] please make option or just change graphics for the food when in tile info mode. Right now if you slightly zoomed out, it is very difficult to see food on plains and in the desert. Part of the reason is that the food icons are like 20% transparent, and part is that it is yellow on yellow. Remove transparency, and make a dark shadow/outline. It could be just an option in the setting to have better readability of the food/hammer/coin icons.
