Due to some recent events, my future time with Apolyton will be extremely limited. While I have more than enjoyed the good folks here and the bond of fellowship established, recent events have shown me my misplaced committments. If anyone feels the necessity to replace me, I understand and encourage this course of action.

Perhaps my committment may be reestablished, but does not look so in the near future. Just to let you good folks know, I will miss our many good times, battle's and positioning in games and most of all, you all taking me under your wing and making me feel like family. Most of you, this I stress because most disturbingly, not all.


It is ok, for I understand many highways and many byways in life.

Some however end up against a wall, which is where I am at this time.

It has been brought to my attention my opinions are of little consequence and I love Poly, maybe we could just say I got too close to the "Mafia" and was rubbed out

Sounds a s good as any to me, and this way no disparaging remarks can be attributed to old Gramps

This comes as a shock given as I personally invited you to take part in this game. I'm sorry to hear that you feel your opinions are not valued, you have been one of my best friends here on Apolyton, and while I can only speak for myself, I would say your opinions carry great weight with me.

if irrelevance of opinions amttered i would have left poly a long time ago. Regardless of what others think, we all have the right to post our thoguhts and comments.

will be sad to not see you around gramps, i hope this is just a passing phase you going through.

I once did leave poly for personal reasons but came back becasue as you say, the people here are like family and when we get to that utter darkness in our life, we know we can turn here for some light.

Yes some people will always knock us and try to hurt, but they are the minority round here and i have found we can ignore them and their opinions and only listen to the uplifiting stuff instead.

Be strong FRIEND and be reassured you are a wanted member around here.

With the death of yet another on the crew of the Black Pearl, by keelhauling, Will went down to the council and insisted that the member responsible could be none other then the Pirate hunter Commodore Norrington. Although Commodore Norrington agreed to uphold law order and justice, he had no qualms about killing the pirates who had flaunted all of them, should he get his hands on them. Oddly the vote, for the first time, came down to a coin flip, as people were deadlocked between him and Bootstrap Bill. Many thought that Bootstrap's defection was quite strange and thus he was only consoled when the flip came down heads.

It meant he would be spared future suffering and burnt at stake. He solemnly accepted his fate, and again the rains continued to pour in condemnation of yet another man killed. So far, all that had been burned alive were innocents.
