The death of Sam has shocked everyone on the boat, but I fail to see how it could be anyone other then the waiter. Sam's death could hardly have been done by Roger England, that sweet old man could hardly harm a fly.

As he said to everyone, he had just stepped out to get a bit of fresh air and had no clue that Sam was dead. Of course his absence is suspicious but he has given us no reason not to trust us.

While the debate continued, the Horgans have been absolutely distraught at this latest death and have no wish other then to leave the boat. I tried to reassure Becky that it was the worst thing to do to try to leave, but she was disconsolate. Fighting through tears she went to the Chief of police and asked if they would let her and her husband off the boat since there was absolutely no evidence to convict either of them. The staunt chief seemed to waver until the little harbour policeman came out and starting swearing.

He could not believe that the Chief was considering compromising their entire safety in order to let the Horgans go free, and shouted out at how foolish he was to even entertain such a notion. To which the chief shouted back, that no tulip chewer was going to boss him around and that this investigation was going to go according to his orders and no one elses. Tim Sutherland stepped back and took a swing at the Chief, knocking him down more out of surprise then force. The Chief immediately sprung up and grappled with Tim slamming him to the carpet as they fought. It wasn't until Bud and David stepped in that they were able to pull the furious Chief apart from Tim Sutherland.

The conclusion was swift. The Horgans would stay on the boat and Roger England would be sentenced to death as he was tossed off the boat.

After they tossed Roger England off the boat the object seemed very clear. Rather then targeting the folks who seemed the most dangerous the killer not only seemed to be killing the most helpless, but also influencing the remainder of the people out of fear to vote off other weak folks. The only one who seems oblivious to all of this is our limo driver who continues to boast and drink just has he has all night. He ranted about how it was only the French who truly had the spirit to party and how all the rest of us needed to eat drink and be merry, irrespective of the circumstances.

I wish I had never came here, it was all supposed to be a lark, an adventure that has gone terribly awry. I can only ask myself how much my sister whom I love dearly has enjoyed herself at this disaster. She assures me that she is perfectly ok, and that Stanley has been keeping a close eye on her especially after the last kill. He has assured me tat he will not allow Tracy out of his sight. Small comfort if Stanley himself is the killer!

Once again, the deadly phone rings and no one seems to want to pick it up. Finally, David picks it up and asks who they are seeking, and very surprisingly, they ask for Stanley. He is confused since no one ought to know that he is here at the party, and automatically knows that the caller must be the killer. So he goes again to the drawing room to hear what the killer has to say.

After a rather abrupt conversation, much quieter then the previous, he storms out of the room badly shaken. He pleads to me to let me take my sister for awhile as he gets a chance to get some fresh sea air. Rather then allowing him to go out by himself, I walk alongside him.

Stanley confides in me, what has hurt him for a long time. My father was not a kind man, he was very strict. When he died no one was happier then I was because it meant that he could no longer boss me around. The killer said a few words that I had not heard in a long time. He asked me about my Oma.

She has been the source of my shame all this time, I have not gone to see her and tell her how I have been in some 10 years. He was telling me how she had suffered and wanted me and I had done nothing, never lifted a finger to help her while I spent what my father spent a lifetime earning.

Whoever the killer is he knows so much about all of us that he must have access to the police records and files, or he must have purchased them from elsewhere, perhaps a private investigator. Who among our group would have both?

Our long conversation was interrupted by the shrieks of horror. My sister lay on the chair just as Sam Sheridan had, poisoned. Tracy Harris has died, and I have lost the closest person in my life.

while the drs are yelling at the police chief maybe covering their murderous acts, Tim Sutherland is most likely the killer since he failed to get into the police department and is simply just harbour police now. Why else would he attack a drunken old police chief?

Only one small problem with your theory, i wasnt around my sister when she got posioned nor did i offer her a drink . I was with david answering the phone, Tracy was on the deck with stanley and the cops beofre david summoned stanly to the phone
