These folks that have died have not been small built, some just the exact opposite. Most of the dead had been around people and surely could tell if they were in harms way unless of course they felt non-threatened because of the kilers demeanor or a relationship well established.
I shall have to overlook the crumbs and look for the Cheese, for this Rat has been very clever to disguise themselves.
Lets collect what evidence we have that would select suspects and then see if they could have been in the vicinity during the deaths.
