i noticed a few people talking about some diplomacy, which sounds like a good idea to me. we should start talking to other similar sized or slightly bigger alliances about NAPs and if this goes well, co-operation against common foes, whoever they may be.

Yeah, and so can an espionage probe.

For those who fear rising above noob-status:

When I came above the noob-mark, scans increased drasticly, and I needed to be carefull for raids, and fleetsave was absolutely nescessary.

Nowadays I hardly get any scan, and usually it's only my outer colonies that get probed


I guess people first check out my rank before probing.


In other news: from the boards I get that the top alliances are fighting a lot of wars: they might be busy finishing themselves of.

I would suspect he wants to offer us an alliance or a NAP. Maybe wanting to declare war on us but somehow I doubt it

Not sure what to tell him. Even if we agreed to answer him, I don't know who our "leader" is. Hueij founded the alliance, Skanky and Germanos are our points leaders, Skanky, Germanos and Spaced have admin. abilities but I don't know who our "leader" is.

Maybe send him a reply asking why he asks?
