Weapons are cheaper both to produce and to use overseas

Even in its crippled state of having been driven from its home bases, the Ventis Society continued to uphold its original aims of serving the galaxy. Two bases were lend-leased, one to Zol's longtime ally General Ordin, and another to the Emperor Naviwinat himself.

"Now that we have rebuilt a home base, the Ventis Society has the resources to help out other Overlords in the quest for galactic stability." Both bases were safely handed over to the recieving allies.

Interesting strategy by the way, this is not the first time I've seen it but only now do I realize why people were giving other equal numbers of bases in previous rounds- as long as one of the allies survive, no one will go baseless.

Now, what happens when someone's fleet is destroyed and bases are conquered but is gifted a base? I'm going to rule that they can't recieve bases in such a situation.

Failure to Learn From History

Here is something to think about
Predicting shields is almost like predicting coin tosses, with one exception: Shields can only be up or down, and not on edge.

Their source of supply secured by the generosity of the Ventis Society, the Emperor and his General went to war.

The target: The same as before, Min Grah.

The tactics: A most odd one, putting fighters first at close range.

The trouble: You guessed it, Eden is just as well protected as JEBUS. Holy Shield!

The Emperor, who had provided all the fighters, took all the hits, which destroyed 1 fighterbattleship, 4 fightertitans, and heavily damaged a fifth titan.

Moving companies reported a surge in business as more bases were traded under the Treaty of Space Housing 7, where four of Polly Siffan's defense contractors were converted to military factories for Lord Vetko.

At the same time, one Vetko barracks was turned over for use as a Siffan employee dormitory. Both moves were uneventful.
