If joncha GMs, I'm up for it.

Nikolai: I agree, IRL the Mafia have always worked together for me as well. The problem with doing that online is that it's impossible to control poor sports. Anybody who blurts out the name of his conspirators for whatever reason after getting killed, in front of anyone else, is asking not to get invited back for spoiling the game. However, spiteful Mafia who wish vengeance on their conspirators online can easily leak the name of the other mafia to one or two villagers without anyone being the wiser.

As a word of law mafias cannot kill mafias.
Where were you when I was Mafia?

I agree, joncha will make a good GM.

                Aw, shucks...

Sheep should finish what he started with this game (the introduction looks quite promising), but I'm up to GMing the next one.

So basically nothing has changed since the last time I played..., good.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

Why the heck are we discussing old rules such as vote changing that were clearly outlawed in mafia 2.0 (after Jamski's GMing)? Why are we returning to mafia 1.0 (when sheep started it) [admittedly Mafia is a good idea but the version that sheep started is, I'm convinced, near pointless since there's no story and it's just random] This is really a step backward.

Well I'm sorry, but we were saving a place for HongHu. She may well turn up soon so it would be unfair to give you her place.

Hmmm I have inside knowledge that she is not interested in this game. In fact she is totally lost in somewhere very deep so she is not capable of doing much of anything else.

Oh and I agree that mafia 1.0 is kind of outdated. I'm sure it isn't compatible with many people's pcs.

I can't believe you morons killed me last game. It's kind of hard to kill people w/o an internet connection, doncha know?

And I've still got a couple of days travel ahead of me, so I'm out this game, maybe next one.
