Welp TCU suspended Boykin and some other player. Oregon is doomed.

Good. Glad to see Boykin suspended. He was incredibly selfish to do this at this point. I'd rather they lose without him than enable this.

Boykin's gone from Heisman consideration and likely a first round pick to washed up in the span of two months and some poor decisions on his part.

Okie Lite had exactly the right playbook to beat TCU - rush hard at Boykin. We'll see if Oregon has planned things.

Yeah, the Clemson win was pretty impressive. Looked the best they have all year. But Alabama's defense was just plain crushing against MSU. If both teams play as well in the CFP final, I have to give a big edge to the Tide. More than a touchdown favorite IMO.

Both the Orange Bowl and the Cotton Bowl were down by double digits from last season’s college football semifinals while airing on New Years Eve . The Orange Bowl, which saw Clemson take on Oklahoma, drew a 9.7 rating in the advertiser coveted adults 18-49 demographic. Last year’s comparable semifinal game, which aired on Jan. 1, scored a 15.3, meaning it dropped almost 38 percent.

The Cotton Bowl between Michigan State and Alabama was similarly down. This year’s game netted a 9.9 rating, while last year’s comparable semifinal game got a 15.5. That is a drop of 36 percent. Last year’s game also aired on Jan. 1.

Yeah, both games were boring blow outs... but still, down more than a third from last year. That will teach them not to play important games on New Year's Eve.
