It's good to see he made it in. It would be better to see a commitment on the part of the Seahawks beyond 'backup fullback'. I would expect them to pull a token move like this. We'll see how they treat him over the years and whether he gets a real chance.

I saw the last minute of the seattle/neworleans. The saints could have conceivably won still. Seattle seems like chumps. But so does every NFL these days. The Super Bowl hasn't felt like a victory for a dominant team in a long time. It just seems like which bad team is left standing... who had the most luck, or least bad luck.

It's garbage entertainment... and corrupt to all hell.

I don't think a scrambling (or "mobile") QB has ever won a super bowl... at least not in the last 30+ years.

Such gimmick offenses can surprise people at first, but they aren't and have never been successful long term strategies.
