Miami is home against the Jets. Surprised they lost today - they won their difficult game against the Patroits.

Baltimore is in Cincy.

NFC as in going to the Super Bowl. I think you are underestimating the Eagles. They're as good as the Saints, Seahawks, and Panthers.

Have a must win game to get in, wildcard week, semifinal and fiinals after that, and they have to win all four. On coinflips, that's just 6 and an eighth percent. They will be dogs in all four games they play. I give them 1/3rds chance to win each game. At 25:1 odds, you're a 3:2 favourite if they are coinflips.

Roethlisberger?

Definitely. You haven't been paying any attention to what's going on in Pittsburgh this season. He's having one of the best seasons of his career, in fact. It's the team around him that has faltered, although they've gotten better as the season has progressed and they're still in the playoff picture despite the abysmal start. That alone says something.

Cousins? Really?

Really. Despite being surrounded by what is perhaps the 2nd-worst team in the NFL, Cousins almost led his team to beat Dallas today. The talent disparity between the Redskins and the Cowboys is such that the game today shouldn't have been close. It was close because Cousins is great. And he's young. Romo has been the starter for 6 seasons and has produced one playoff win. Cousins has tremendous potential (anyone who saw him play for Michigan State would know that).

Flacco? No.

Super Bowl ring, baby. Only a moron would think Romo is a better QB than Flacco. And Flacco has kept getting better as his time as starter has gone on. Can't say the same for Romo.

Rivers? No. Dalton? I like Dalton but he's hardly a representative of a sterling career so far.

Rivers was the most borderline of those listed, for sure. But he's got a higher QB rating that Romo does, as does Dalton. And both have led their teams to better victories than Dallas has mustered this season under Romo. The only team with a winning record Dallas has beaten is the Eagles, and that was a different team before the switch to Foles. Given what we've seen today, if both of those teams play next weekend as they've played today, the Eagles will absolutely crush the Cowboys. Romo has ZERO resume this season so far, while Rivers and Dalton both do.

Romo's ability to move buys him time. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Put Romo on another team and put Rivers on the Cowboys. You think Rivers would do better than Romo? Fool.

So now you're moving goalposts, you moron. The statement wasn't about putting another QB into Dallas, it was putting Romo on another team right now. Different questions entirely. And yes, I can say with all due confidence that not a single team whose QB I listed would trade their guy for Romo at this point. Would Romo do better surrounded by better players? Sure, but he's already surrounded by better players than Rivers, Dalton, and Cousins. The teams with better players than Dallas already have the better QBs. Romo is not winning like he should be with the Cowboys, so why would he win more while going to teams that have less?

That was one boring and terrible game tonight. Eagles looked very good, especially Shady and Foles. And the defense.

It's tough. I would say that most Bear fans would agree with this, but it's so easy to get fooled when they're still playoff eligible.
I wrote them off a while back but they refused to die. When your division rivals are the even more hopeless Lions and an equally beat up Packers team, it's easier to become delusional.
And as pointed out here quite often, this is a common trait for Chicago sports fans.
