Donegeal - how many people in that league?

Honestly, I prefer the studs and duds strategy of spending 200/300 on 2-3 players (like Rice, Brees, and Graham) then getting a bunch of scrubs but I wasn't feeling the way the money was moving. Instead, I wound up with a bunch of solid, mid-cost players in the 40-50 range each.

I need more WR depth but I'm pretty happy with Larry Fitz, Brandon Marshall, and Roddy White. I seem to wind up with Fitz and Marshall every year in this league. In fact, someone made a joke about me willing to spend as much as $100 on Brandon Marshall (and $50 on Tebow, whom I didn't even draft! ).


I'm more and more amazed in every league I'm in how people are oblivious of who Doug Martin is and are still drafting Blount. I was helping a friend of mine with her draft and I told her to get Doug Martin and she said 'Who is he?'

Studs and Duds isn't working this year. Your best bet is to go for value fwiw. Studs and duds works if you can pick up two studs going for reasonable prices.

As for Jennings, I owned Rashad - I remain unconvinced that he's got what it takes to put up reliable numbers. MJD will be back on the field.

Can't beat first round value in the fifth round. Also - when I Joncha'd the other league - I kept Rivers and Peyton. That's not too shabby.

Watching the game last night, I considered picking up Ogletree. Looked at my rosters and decided not to.

A half-hour later (after his 2nd TD), he was on Berz's team -- in 4 leagues that I know of, and probably more.
