I emphatically wouldn't; the Sharks and Ducks are, by far, my most-hated teams in the playoffs. But I think it is their time, and I think the Wings are just too beat up.

Ben--Here is your usual level of accuracy-- Instead of "pasting them" 2-0 and then managing the game . . . in the actual game they played a scoreless first and then CHICAGO scored first . Detroit replied with a quick two and then held that margin into the 3rd-- Detroit scored early in the 3rd but Chicago responded within about 2 minutes. Detroit got a two goal margin again but again Chicago quickly replied and were unlucky not to tie it in the closing minutes. Overall they were within one goal of Detroit for all but about 6 minutes of the game so yourt portrayal is as disingenuous as usual.

I was out and about, caught the last half of the second and the third.

Thanks for the correction. I thought it was Detroit who had jumped out 2-0, and Chicago spent the rest of the time catching up.

And yeah, y'all got flat out beat, in a game that you had to win against an archnemesis. One goal down, 8 minutes to play, you got gifted a penalty, and still couldn't get it done.

He not only choked, but he choked in spectacular fashion in the last two consecutive do or die games against the Hawks. Talking about a series 4 years ago against a different team while disregarding the last two appearances by the same team is just pathetic.

If you're using this metric as your barometer, does it not unequivocally show Kiprusoff to be the better goaltender?

Funny fact, despite being in the same division for so long, who's got more division titles now? Since Y'all won your first in '85, you've had 6, and we have 7 now, and 3 in a row, which Calgary's never done.
