My disclaimer is when I lived in the Bay Area I went to Sharks games. So they're not "my team", but they're one of my preferred teams.

None of the golaies on this list are below average (except maybe Barrasso LOL)-- The shortest career among them is 15 seasons and no one lasts that long if they are not pretty good. But longevity alone is NOT the criteria.
Take Cujo-- 454 wins plus 63 more in the playoffs (51 shutouts and 16 more in the playoffs) but no playoff success--he won some series but nothing more. he is 3rd all time in wins yet I would not put him in the top 10 all time.
How about Osgood? He was such a star that in mid career he was left unprotected in the waiver draft and picked up by the Islanders

I noticed some predictions in the thread. I only watched a few games so I haven't seen most of the teams involved at all. I was very impressed by Anaheim though. Not so much by Sabres and Lightning.

But but asher-- its different guys that are better than Luongo-- Taken as a whole he is clearly the best-- Thats just as clear as the fact that winning one tough playoff series once clealy demonstrates that he is not a choker even if he gave up 6 goals on 12 shots in game seven this time out.
