In a game where Vick's happy feet cost him, I find that a hilarious comparison, but let's forget about all that. Vick will of course return next week, lead the Eagles to the superbowl. So it is written, so shall it be done. AL has spoken.

Do you know what happy feet means? Vick's scramble that hurt him was NOT happy feet. He didn't have a man open and tucked and ran for a big gain. Happy feet is when a QB immediately starts jumping around as soon as he gets the ball and running around looking for someone to throw to because he's nervous about getting sacked. There is a difference.

Desean Jackson not the best receiver on the team? As good as Maclin is, you're smoking crack if you don't think Jackson is the best receiver on the team.

There's no ifs ands or buts about it. He leads the NFL so far this year with an INCREDIBLE 24.5 yards per catch! That is insane. Jackson is clearly the most explosive receiver.

And I'm not saying he's a bad receiver. I think Maclin is criminally underrated. They are different different players, but I think Maclin is better than Jackson.

All your talk about Kolb not expecting to start is BS.

He was unjustly benched. Anyone who comes off the bench is going to be rusty, and struggle. I don't assess anyone coming off the bench. Kolb has yet to start and finish a game, and I think that's way too premature to assess his play.

One, he's a backup QB who must always be ready.

Everyone who comes off the bench is somewhat rusty. It's part of the nature of the backup.

They're saying Vick has 3 broken ribs. Early reports are he'll miss 6 weeks.

I am being real. If Vick misses significant time, the Eagles will need Garcia if for no other reason than a backup behind Kolb. Rookie Kafka won't cut it. Garcia makes the most sense since he's a 2-time Eagle who knows the offense. No other available QB makes as much sense as Garcia.

The 14-0 start for the Redskins had nothing to do with Vick. The Redskins scored on big quick plays then the Eagles D woke up and clamped down the whole rest of the game. Kolb wasn't instrumental to the comeback nor is Vick to blame for the early deficit. The Defense was the reason for both.

Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb didn't take many chances against the Redskins on Sunday, keeping the majority of his throws short and limiting the room for mistakes. The results of his infrequent attempts downfield justified the plan to keep things short, and running back LeSean McCoy set career highs in targets (14), catches (12) and receiving yards (110).

Kevin Kolb struggled against a known weakness of the Redskins on Sunday. Entering the game, Washington's secondary ranked 24th in the NFL in passer rating against as well as 27th in completion percentage allowed. Kolb was not able to exploit the sidelines after entering the game for the injured Michael Vick.

Whether it was Michael Vick or Kevin Kolb, the Redskins were content to send a four-man rush (or fewer in some cases) nearly the entire game. The Redskins sent five rushers just once Sunday, resulting in a Kolb incompletion.
