The Giants are too busy trying to outsmart people and failing than just playing football... they can run all day on the Colts but instead they come out passing... the Defense spent two whole series with only 1 linebacker on the field and the Colts just ran ran ran up the middle. play ****ing right and stop trying to outsmart Manning and the Colts D coordinator.

It's not just him. It's Perry Fewell playing retarded defense. The concept of letting the Colts run on you just so Peyton won't beat you only works if you can keep the Colts' median run in the 3 yards or less range and if your offense is able to move the ball (and hence, reduce total Colt possessions)... This obviously wasn't happening and Fewell needed to adjust. That was embarrassing to have Joe Addai just keep plowing over your 6 DB's that you keep on the field every down of multiple series'.

And it's frustrating to see that when they did put linebackers in, Addai was held up... when the Giants did run the ball, Bradshaw had nice gains and a nice 5.3 ypc average...
