I'm so sick and tired of the ESPN-Boise State love fest. They may (or may not) be a top 10 team but THEY DONT PLAY ANYBODY during their season, so we cant know. Its tough ****, but they should never be considered for the BCS championship. Most of the souths bigger highschool programs could beat most of Boise State's opponents.

I'm also sick and tired of the lack of respect ESPN shows Alabama. Every week its the same bull****, every 'talking head' is drooling in anticipation of Alabama losing. Their anti-SEC bias is sickening. ****ing yankees! Suck **** and die!

I wouldn't call it 'anti-SEC bias'. It's 'making up **** to talk about because the actual **** is too boring this year'. Bama is so much better than everyone else that it's uninteresting to say so... and since they're not the Red Sox or Yankees, nobody at ESPN is actually a Bama fan, so no fanboy talk either.

The Boise State stuff is somewhat payback for NOT being given enough credit the last several years, honestly... and really, your SEC is partly at fault for them not being able to play games

I've pretty much convinced myself that Oregon is going to lose to Stanford today. I think if they suffer only one loss this season, it would have to be to the Cardinal. The Duck's defense is fast, yes, but not the fastest, and they are undersized compared to other teams Stanford has faced. So I think Stanford will just run over and over and over, wearing them down. Defense is where the Ducks are weakest, and it will be really shown tonight.

VA Tech, Oregon ST? That's two ranked opponents, and Boise beat them both. It's too bad the SEC doesn't schedule Boise, but that's not Boise's fault.

So I just got back from Cincinnati, performing my husbandly duty for my critically-acclaimed author wife, escorting her to a book fair. I see that, once again, the Michigan defense can not stop ANYBODY; and that, once again, D-Rob and the offensive line somehow made the Michigan defense look like the best defense on the field. I wouldn't think they could do that once, let alone five times in a row. I find it hard to belive they'll make it six; the Spartans are due to **** the bed, as per their usual MO, but I don't think it'll be next week.

Thus far this season, Michigan has given up:
343 yards (205 pass/138) to UConn,
535 (381/154) to Notre Dame,
439 (222/217) to UMass,
283 (251/32) to BGSU,
568 (480/88) to Indiana.

So that's one decent game, one servicable game, one terrible game, and two absolutely atrociously, hilariously, unbelievably ****tastic catastro****s.

I'm running out of metaphors for how bad Greg Robinson's defense is. If it were playing Civ, it'd finish below Dan Quayle.
