If someone had told me that Green Bay -- with their top-5 defense -- would score 45 points and lose, I would have said they were insane or on drugs.

Tice, 50, has 28 years of NFL experience, 14 as a player and 14 as a coach. He has spent the past four seasons as assistant head coach with the Jacksonville Jaguars, doubling as tight ends coach the last three years.
Mike Tice joins the Bears after spending the last four seasons with the Jaguars.
Prior to joining the Jaguars, Tice spent 14 seasons with the Minnesota Vikings as a player and coach.
