Bowling Green is beating Missouri, 13-6, early in the third quarter.
In a week where MAC teams have already upset Michigan State and Colorado, that would be a nice capper.
Incidentally, that would be a ****ty capper for a ****ty week for the Big 12."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

Cincy is playing SE Missouri State (their patsy after playing a big Big East game last week) and is leading 49-3 at HALF!“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Louisana-Lafayette is beating Kansas State 14-2.
Missouri is losing to a MAC team.
Oklahoma State and Colorado lost to teams from C-USA and the MAC, respectively.
Iowa State got dominated by Iowa, a team that needed two blocked field goals in the last five seconds to beat a FCS team.

For that matter... why is Alabama struggling with FIU?
After the last two years being defensive snoozefests, the floodgates have opened between Georgia and South Carolina. UGA up 31-23 at the half."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

Barkley with a great 2 minute drill to tie the game at halftime. 10-10 USC - Ohio State.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Things straightening themselves out:
Alabama finally pulls away from FIU, wins 40-14
Mizzou comes back with two 4th quarter TDs to beat BGSU 27-20
Maryland beats James Madison 38-35 in OT
Florida State holds on over Jacksonville State 19-9
However, Louisiana-Lafayette holds on against Kansas State, and now the Big 12 has a loss to the SUN BELT to deal with."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

As it gets longer and longer, the more it looks like Ohio State can pull this out.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Maybe I'm a cynic, but to me it looks like that's more due to USC having a frosh QB who is nervous in a very hostile environment and missing some of their RB horses.
Ohio State is good, but I don't think they're title contenders.
Apropos of freshmen QBs and hostile environs... I'm not overlooking the next two games, but I'm highly pessimistic of Michigan's chances when they visit East Lansing in three weeks."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

Yeah, that defense is awesome, and even after losing so many great players the last few years in the draft.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
