IT wasn't Price in the third period this time-- Rarely have I seen so many defensive breakdowns by a team in such a short period.


Calgary? who knows? They actually competed pretty well in game 5 and "deserved" to win it every bit as much as the Sharks (arguably more). Thus year they are competing way harder in the playoffs than last year and actually seem to have the better of the play lots of times-- THis is so unlke last year where Detroit OWNED 5 of the 6 games and only Kipper made it respectable.

I hope the Flames come out with a big effort for game 6--I'll be there wearing red

I'm all broken up. Burke must be devastated and I have really strong feelings about that.

It's tragic that Niedermayer and Selanne sacrificed some of their valuable retirement time to come back to play in the playoffs, only to have their team play like crap as a reward for their noble sacrifice.

Chris Pronger is the victim here. I'm sure the refs and the league would burn his child's crib if they could get their dirty mitts on it.
