The Sox have been healthy so far. They've sustained minor injuries to Beckett (AFAIK it's minor - 1 or 2 starts missed, right?) and Drew's been a little banged up. Correct me if I'm wrong, of course, but that's it. edit: does Lester count? He wasn't expected to play a full season. He did have a setback, though, keeping Cy Tavarez in the rotation a little longer than was hoped.
I don't wish for it, but I expect they will have some injuries to deal with at some point. When they do, I hope the Yanks are healthy and on a tear.
I'd much rather be in the Sox's position than the Yanks, obviously. But all is not lost. There's a lot of baseball to be played, and the Yankees are a very good team (though they haven't showed it to this point).

Meanwhile, I'm an Angels fan for three days.

I have recurring (all too often) plantar fasciitis, and I know exactly how it feels.
