Interestingly I agree. Two Russian warships and a submarine just happened to be the only warships in the vicinity. Surely their superior technology was able to locate the perpetrators?

I'm sure the Ukrainian army is really afraid of mobilized criminals and old guys sent to the front with less than a week of training and rusting weapons. Terrified, even.
