  • What I find amusing in the Moskva story is the Russian version about the cause still being investigated as opposed to it's Ukrainian missiles. As if it would look better if the ship's ammo just exploded on its own...

    • The Russians will blame it on careless smoking before they admit the Ukrainians did it.

Actually the "intervantion" the bloody murderous war of NATO is what made serbs wary of the west and you have countries like croatia or even albania or even north macedonia, far inferior in whars regards sociopolitical maturity being admitted to western strictures and the serbs, quite understabdably but tragically refusing to do so.

        • Even Russia now confirmed that the Moskva has sunk (according to TASS while being towed in its damaged state)

The US and EU have pledged a combined $1.3 billion more in military aid for Ukraine as Russia prepares to launch an eastern offensive.

It is only a rumor, however, that Ukraina will update the picture on his stamp with this picture:

          • I was told the ship did not sink. It was promoted to a submarine.

I'm a little surprised they aren't blaming evilness on the part of the Nazis. Perhaps Nazi terrorists remote controlled several speedboats loaded with pregnant hostage civilians and hidden explosives into the Moskva which only failed to stop them because the Moskvas crew feared for the safety of the civilians.

              • I doubt very much that it will change the course of the war but I am amused.

it won't change the outcome perhaps but surely it changes the course. This thing was extremely active against Mariupol. Surely the sinking of this ship will have strong morale impact if nothing else.

Just in time for the 50th day of the war.

                    • I have a cousin in Naval Intelligence that once told me that the Slava class were the only Russian ships that the West was truly concerned about. So much for Naval Intelligence when a third rate home grown cruise missile can sink one. The ship was pretty good I guess, but is probably another example of terribly trained Russian military.

                          • also the german (I can't swear too much or I'd say female canine) merkel that little (can't swear) that was in power as long as putin was, is going to have to answer as to why she sold her country to russia dn russian gas. Which is why Ukraine told the german (doesn't it always sound like something beggining with an n) president not to come to ukraine because he's unwelcomed.

You do know that the Ukranians has had a lot of success using turkish drones - I'm pretty sure that the turkish has a lot of them while greece has none
