Justin Trudeau is still in power however the protest looks like it will bring down the Conservative leader. He wasn't crazy enough for the radicals in his party (sound familiar?).

Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole is facing an internal revolt and some members of his caucus are prepared to trigger a vote on his future as early as Wednesday, sources told CBC News.

Funny thing is, O'Toole even met with some of the truckers... maybe Maxime will have a rebel caucus soon...

I wouldn't be surprised if the Conservatives split again. They are two parties in one and no leader can bring the two together.

As O'Toole said last night, they have to determine what road they want to go down. They can be a pragmatic alternative to the Liberals or else they can be a right wing rump like the NDP on the left.

It's official. O'Toole has been turfed as Conservative leader by his own MPs.

US National Archives requests legal probe of Trump over handling of documents

The US government agency that manages the preservation of presidential records has asked the justice department to investigate Donald Trump for his handling of official papers.

US presidents are required by law to transfer all of their letters, work documents and emails to the National Archives.

But officials say the former president illegally ripped up many documents.

Some of them had to be taped back together, the Archives said.

It has also emerged that 15 boxes of papers that Mr Trump should have turned over when he left the White House were instead taken to his home in Florida.

They include letters between Mr Trump and the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and the presidential handover letter from Barack Obama.

Donald Trump has been accused of ripping up documents that were supposed to be sent to the Archives.

I can't seem to find the link, but apparently well over half the money raised for the trucking convoy in Ottawa is from the US. about 1/3 is from Canadians.

An Ontario court has frozen the GiveSendGo funds now.

This morning the Ontario Premier declared a state of emergency with powers to move them out. You know the public has lost patience when a Conservative Premier has told them it's time to go.

Ford has an election in four months... he know he cannot win with only the 5% of Ontarians who support the truckers... and Americans can't vote.

Absolutely, but give credit where credit is due. He's a Conservative who firmly staked out the "I'm not with crazy" position.

See... even Trump realized his private papers were only good for one thing.

Also, the White House has 28 working fireplaces... How would a stable genius dispose of papers?

OK, I knowlots of Republicans have gone into a religious fundamentalism spree and would like to do nothing more than rewind Roe vs. Wade and make all abortions illegal.

I have to admit that sometimes some examples of Republicans surprise even m,yself with the depth of their backwardness.

So, all 3 GOP nominees for AG want to be able to prosecute married couples for using contraceptives?

        In addition to this:

I want to see the USSC overturn Roe.

It would be an awful decision but we would get to see what happens when the dog catches the car.

            So anyway...

The Freedumb occupation is over. Couple hundred charges laid (with more to come), dozens of vehicles seized, and all accomplished with few injuries.

One of the protest organizers (and undead representative) Tamara Lich has been denied bail (her husband tried to plead the 1st whatever the **** that means).

            Good times.

The 1st Amendment to the BNA (British North America) Act, was recognizing Manitoba as a province. Don't drag us into this!
