Dominion is threatening to sue Melissa Carone, the whistleblower in Michigan. They publicly released a letter saying that she was only hired as a cleaning woman. That was a lie. She has an audio recording of her training which proves that she was hired as an IT worker so she will be suing them and possibly others in the media for slandering her.

Trump Ramps Up Election Conspiracies With Bonkers Attack on GA Sec of State Over His Nonexistent Brother
President Donald Trump complains a lot about “fake news,” but on Tuesday night he shared some of his own.
To briefly recap: Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, has been publicly smacking down the Trump team’s various claims of voter fraud in the state. On Tuesday a signature audit in Cobb County affirmed the results there.
None of this has stopped the president and his allies from digging into deeper and deeper holes of conspiracy to allege that somehow the election was stolen from Trump — something they have repeatedly been unable to prove.
Trump continued to attack Governor Brian Kemp and Raffensperger as he said they “are a complete disaster and don’t have a clue, or worse.”
“Nobody can be this stupid. Just allow us to find the crime, and turn the state Republican,” the president said.
And then he went on to weave some kind of conspiracy that Raffensperger’s brother works for China and somehow that’s connected.
There is just one small, teeny-tiny little problem: Brad Raffensperger does not have a brother.
Somehow people online concocted a conspiracy that Ron Raffensperger, the CTO of Huawei Enterprise Storage Solutions, is Brad Raffensperger’s brother and therefore something fishy is going on. The Gateway Pundit apparently ran an article sharing the conspiracy but it was taken down.

Trump is totally losing it.
It's no wonder his many many lawsuits keep getting throw out of court...
He's kind of like Kid, he reads some headline from some crazy alt right site, or watches something on youtube and then starts tweeting about it.
I guess actual facts simply no longer matter to this crazed lunatic who still can't admit he is a loser.

Nah, Ming...hate to call you on something minor when you're on a roll, but in order for a court case to proceed up to SCOTUS, has to be thrown out, sometimes several times, along the way. Just so you know. SCOTUS now, throwing out the case brought by Texas, was SCOTUS abrogating its responsibility. That case is being resubmitted with one change, the supposed and bogus reason got tossed the first time fixed. So, they have one more chance to do the duty they are sworn to uphold, protect the Constitution. Btw states can bring cases to SCOTUS without going through lower courts.

They are refusing to hear the lame brain cases that are attempting to circumvent our Constitution
But you could be right about possible martial law. Because that's really the last chance Trump has since his lame super lawyer team can't come up with any legitimate suits that will stand up in court.
