Well, to diassemble the passage you queted for you:
At another point, the judge asked prosecutor Brandon Van Grack whether Flynn's conduct might have amounted to "treason" and also suggested that Flynn may have been acting as a foreign agent during his 24 days in the Trump White House.

Van Grack responded that Flynn's undeclared lobbying work for Turkey ended before his stint in the White House and that "the government has no reason to believe that the defendant has committed treason.
From the quote I read the following:

The judge mentioned 2 separate points:
        1. That Flynn comited treasonm
        2. That Flynn worked as an unregistered agent of a foreign power

        Van Grack denied that
        1. Flynn commited treason

Van Grack didn't deny that Flynn worked as unregistered agent of a foreign power

As you can be an unregistered agent for as foreign power (and therefore commiting an illegal act) without being a member of the government, that means to me that, yes, Flynn acted as an unregistered agent of a feireign power before he got into the WH

Do you even know what treason is? It is NOT lobbying for a foreign government. You have to be the stupidest kind of person to think that is treason.

It is a law that people must register as a lobbyist of a foreign power. It is not illegal to lobby for a foreign power. So his crime is not registering. Now if you think this judge is disgusted by someone not registering you are among the stupidest people I have ever met.

I specifically mentioned that Van Grack said (according to your source) that it is NO treason

I didn't judge the judge (and his reactions) with a single sentence.
I said that Flynn commited another crime aside from lying to the FBI ... and that is, lobbying for a foreign state without registering ...
you actually agree that he is guilty of this crime

Yes, but I'm not making a federal case out of not registering with the government like you and USA Today are.

Also, the judge said that he was asking questions, not making conclusions.

This is my opinion, which I will state again, the judge set the prosecutors up to say that Flynn is not guilty of any of the crimes or wrong doing that fake news is making him out to be guilty of. It's also obvious that he is the victim of coercion, as no one would plead guilty to lying just to avoid being charged for not registering with the government.

Flynn's company registered retroactively, which means that he can't be charged. Also, Flynn's lobbying work ended before he became National Security advisor.

                • I don't know what planet you are on:

But Mueller's team and the Justice Department clearly have left the door open for Flynn to continuing to help.

Van Grack is explaining that Flynn by this point has given "substantial assistance."

"The defendant had provided the vast majority of cooperation that could be considered," the former Mueller-team prosecutor tells the judge.

For the first time: The special counsel also acknowledged Flynn’s role in the indictment of two Flynn associates related to their lobbying on behalf of Turkey. Flynn gave "substantial assistance" to the Eastern District of Virginia US Attorney's Office in the Kian indictment unsealed yesterday.

If he had not cooperated and admitted to lying about the Turkish lobbying, Flynn could have been charged in that Virginia federal criminal case, Van Grack said.

                  • Kid doesn't want Flynn to cooperate with tghe prosecutors, because this could be a danger to Trump and/or the people around him ...
he wants Flynn to get out of Muellers influence, with no need to fiurther testify, as soon as possible

Kid also doesn't believe anything written on CNN, unless it is positive for Trump or those around him

Ok. I'm just about done reading the indictment. It says the two indicted lied. It doesn't say Flynn lied. It doesn't say Flynn broke any laws that I can see yet.

They have a clear case from what I can tell. They have transcripts of phone conversations that they can compare to what they told investigators. So so what do they need Flynn's cooperation for? Do they need someone to cooperate with them to prove that Flynn lied about meeting with Kisliak?

I'll look into this lie that he supposedly told about lobbying.

                            Edit: Done reading indictment

Indictments are focused documents. It would concentrate on the people being indicted.
