    Frankin has admmitted to the testimony of the frst woman (his comedy partner) but to no other woman accusation.
    And if you dismiss the testimonies of the women against Trump or Moore because you think they are ridiculous, it is funny that you don't apply the same standard to this 2nd woman accusation, because that one truely sounds ridiculous

      the 2nd woman is Melanie Morgan, they appeared on Politically Incorrect and I probably saw the episode, but she isn't accusing him of sexual harassment. She says they got in a heated debate on the show and Franken wouldn't let it go, he got her backstage to continue the debate and she says he later obtained her home phone and was calling her to argue more.

      Franken's married...and was when he sexually assaulted Tweeden...

        CNN's Gloria Berger said that "Franken is suffering greatly" and deserves our sympathy. Did Tweeden's husband get a hold of him?

            was it a rumor back then or now? From what I heard someone complained about him and a mall cop told the plaintiff he'd take care of it

                From the article I read there exist several versions of the story about Moore and the mall:
                One says that he actually got banned (i.e. either the mall security had the order to throw him out or he even got on ome form of written ban list), which is hard to verify as the written ban lists that still exists in the mall don't reach this far into the past.

                Another one (that appeared in interviews with security and shop owners at this time) says that mall security just had the order to keep an eye on him, because he was known to try to get off with teens (and because several teenage shop employees complained about Moore harrssing them during their shifts)

                    As long as he loses the seat, I'll be satisfied.
                    I'm still leaning towards believing that he was a known threat and multiple women have valid complaints. There is no reason to think that written records go back that far, but it does throw some doubt on it. The lack of the records is not prove that it didn't happen. Now it comes down to the individual stories. The fact that they're pretty consistent lends credibility.
                    I like it since there's no way he'll step down now, and offers the biggest probability of a loss.

                    It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

                      I simply don't know whether or not he stories are true.
                      Considering that it most probaby it was the reporter who asked them about their stories, it may well be that they just gave the reporter/s some mix of truth and hearsay.
                      I would put more trust into the stories of the women (with whom Moore dated during their teenage year) than into the stories of the employees at the mall, however

                        It's not surprising that you believe rumors from so long ago, because you believe ridiculous accusations that no reasonable person would believe, that are made right before an election.

                        As far as these accusors go, I will be convinced by anyone who passes a lie detector test.

                          (a) too old, then no reasonable person would believe it. Ignore.
                          (b) too recent, then it's obviously politically motivated and should be ignored.
                          (c) from a Republican, then it's obviously true and should not be questioned.

                        Says the one who, IIRC, readily jumped on the Birther bandwagon (i.e. the conspiracy thory, promoted by Trump that Obama is actually no american, due to his birth)
                        and who also was the first to believe any rumors against the democrat election campaign and Hillary Clinton

                            The establishment is saying that they are going to remove Moore if he wins but that would probably end up in SCOTUS because AL voters know all the issues with Moore
