Sigh, another shooting, more victims, more empty rhetorics afterwards. Nothing changes.

I think people here are ignoring who the real criminal masterminds are: pastor Frank Pomeroy and his wife Sherri...
Quite a coincidence that they were out of town on the exact day of the massacre.
Obviously their fourteen year old neice had become knocked up and rumours were spreading among some of the congregation and threatening to bring down the whole operation...
They were the ones that supplied the perp with an illegal weapon to go on a rampage and take out the embarrassment to the family and the other people that knew...
Oh and probably clean up on the insurance too.
**** me, it's so obvious when you think about it...

Need a citation for that since considering a 323 mil population that only adds up to a couple thousand a year, and the real number is way higher than that.

So, if we have a chuch shooting it is rather the norm tn the exception, that it is perpetrated by a christian ... and not (as you imply with "White atheist guns down another church") that it is atheists who normally do itScouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

Out of your four examples you cited. We have one atheist, one Muslim, one Christian and now another atheist. Even the majority of 'Christian' shooters aren't. Also Roeder shot Tiller, and only Tiller. He didn't shoot 15 children. Also, I don't see any church affiliation for Roof. He was your standard Nazi nutbar, not a churchgoer. I'd list Roof as another atheist because the Nazis sure weren't believers in a higher deity.Last edited by Ben Kenobi; November 6, 2017, 12:53.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

never said anything about atheism. He was mentally ill AND an atheist. His atheism informed his choice of target, but it was the possession of an assault rifle - not the gun policy of the church - that caused this tragedy.

If you claim Emanuel Samson was a muslim then I want a reliable source that shows that because neither in the link I provided there is even a hint at a conversion to Islam, nor in any other links that I looked atTamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. Kinda funny how he was insisting that democrats care about certain groups, but you don't care when it's Christians who are murdered.
-
It shouldn't matter what faith the victims have ... a life unnesserily lost is one life too many, no matter whether the person was christian, muslim, hinduist, atheist or whatever.
Democrats are trying to make the lifes of all americans safer, regardless of faith ...by trying to mtighten weapon laws and improving healthcare (thereby also hopefully increasing the number of mentally ill people who actually visit a psychiatrist (because with better healthcare there may be less cases of people who don't visit a psychiatrist because they cannot afford it)).
And I agree, JRabbit, probably Ben just tries to steer the discussion into his familiar "us (christians) vs. them (non christians)" grounds, because he doesn't like the direction it goes (people with mental problems gaining easy access to firearms due to the easy availability of them thanks to the 2nd amendment)
-
It certainly does matter when you make a ridiculous claim that Christians are killing Christians, not atheists, Muslims, or whoever. Then you say we're trying to help you by taking your guns away, your right to choose your healthcare, and reeducating your children to a globalist ideology.
