Persecution is persecution, my friend. Pick a lane.

You have a better chance to escape from a machete wielding terrorist (by keeping out of melee range) than you have a chance to escape from the bullets of a gun wielding maniac.
You also have a better chance to survive the hit from a Machete than you have to survive one or more bullet hits from a gun

With a Machete as weapon of the veteran, the Texas Massacre might have resulted in just 3-4 deaths ... not in 26

If you claim Emanuel Samson was a muslim then I want a reliable source that shows that because neither in the link I provided there is even a hint at a conversion to Islam, nor in any other links that I looked at
He was deep into Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam and BLM at the time of the shooting.

He's pretty much your standard case of sudden Jihadi syndrome.

I'm not in favor of automatics but it's easy to convert any rifle into one.

He posted a bunch of crap on his facebook page supporting Farrakhan and the nation of Islam and Black Lives matter before shooting up a church.

Without a gun maybe he would have assaulted his Ex-wife or her relatives on their way home (resulting in 25-26 less deaths and 20 less wounded people)
He was actually denied a gun through the legal process in Texas due to the prior domestic assault charges. The system worked.

That he was still able to acquire a gun shows the futility of the current system. He was stopped, once again, by a man with a gun who shot him before he could shoot even more people.

Uh, 26 people are dead, and he bought the gun at a Texas gun shop, which claims he passed their background check. This is your evidence that the system worked?????

                • It shouldn't matter what faith the victims have ... a life unnesserily lost is one life too many, no matter whether the person was christian, muslim, hinduist, atheist or whatever.
In this case it does because it allows us to determine intent.

Democrats are trying to make the lifes of all americans safer, regardless of faith ...by trying to mtighten weapon laws and improving healthcare (thereby also hopefully increasing the number of mentally ill people who actually visit a psychiatrist (because with better healthcare there may be less cases of people who don't visit a psychiatrist because they cannot afford it)).
Where is the evidence that he was mentally ill... I see no evidence for the contention.

Dude, you are assuming intent based on the location of the incident. If he shot up a McDonalds or Chick-fil-a that his ex and ex-in-laws frequented, would you be claiming he was persecuting fast food patrons? Funny you consider the church location as ironclad evidence, but ignore domestic violence, animal torture, and getting drummed out of the armed forces while saying there is "no evidence" he was mentally ill.

This is all based upon a silly facebook like the guy made years ago. His threats texted to his family, the threatening voice mails, and the reports of his face to face threats... None of them mention religion, you moron, they all mention his personal disputes with those people.

It seems obvious he thought his soon to be exwife and his mother and law would be there and that is why he targetted the place. You are barking up the wrong tree with your delusions of persecution.
