Pretty much every science story in the media is inaccurate because they oversimplify for the masses and the writers do not understand the science. Does that make those stories fake news? Very few reporters really understand the law too. Does a legal innacuracy in their story make it fake news?

I don't know if they over symplified. When CNN reports that an adversary of Trump was told by a judge that if he is going to stay in the courtroom and be a part of the proceedings he is going to have to stop doing certain immoral things I tend to believe it.

Avinati is licensed in California, this case is in New York, he has not passed the bar exam in the state of New York so he will continue with the case on CA but will not be a party to the New York case which is going to end up with Cohen either in prison or flipping and cutting a deal.
