When I first saw the video... I walked away with an entirely different take away that I haven't seen commented on yet.
In middle eastern countries, it's not appropriate to show signs of affection in public. And this includes hand holding.
So like the classic "married couple" video of her nudging him to hold his hand over his heart, this is just another classic example of the wife reminding her husband to do the right thing.
But I have to laugh how the media is making such a big deal of it.

I had the same thought ... though she didn't wear a head scarf* in Saudi Arabia so wasn't bowing to custom on other accounts. I think it was a reminder, but more along the lines of a formation type thing, as Sara Netanyahu was dropping back for the handshakes shortly after.
My other thought was about the Billy Bush video ...
Also it's easy enough to imagine Trump doing something worthy of the doghouse. (This goes for pretty much all men.)
In any case, it's fun to rib Trumpists about.
