There is a man who needs to learn some history before writing about history. Far more Christians have died at Christian hands than have at the hands of Muslims (just as far more Muslims have died at the hands of Muslims than at the hands of Christians). The Crusaders, though, have killed more people than the violent Jihadis. When taking Jerusalem, the Christians killed thousands, most long after the battle was over; when the Muslims retook the city, they killed no one except in the battle itself. We're never going to know the exact number. You want to excuse muslims for some of the Africans that died as a result of Muslim invasions because Christians bought slaves etc... I really don't excuse Christians for what they did.

Again, you're just trying to shame people into not discussing the fact that Islam causes violence. Any number of deaths used you dispute. I notice that you don't have your own estimate, and I don't see an estimate from your source even though they claim to not have a problem with bringing the truth of the violent nature of Islam to light.
