Aside from this I agree ... maybe Trump doesn't like black people who successfully prevent shooters from killing more black peopleI drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... Do you like beer Senator?

And your excuse is that you aren't the President?!
In contrast to me, Trump tweets about nearly all things. He also tweeted in the past about shootings ... including not only Parkland, but also the shooting at Youtube Headquarters.
Considering that the Wafflehouse shooting was bigger than the Youtube shooting (4 dead and 2 wounded in contrast to 1 dead and 4 wounded) one would expect that he would deem it important enough to tweet about it as well. But obviously the setting (black victims, black unarmed hero, white shooter who got around having hsi weapons rights revoked by having the weapons being given back by his father) didn't fit into the settings that he could use to either promote NRA values (as the hero was unarmed),. use for hate speech against Lieberals, muslims or people of other races, or use it for praising of white conservatives and their valuesTamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. President Trump's decision to block his Twitter followers for their political views is a violation of the First Amendment, a federal judge ruled Wednesday, saying that Trump's effort to silence his critics is not permissible because the digital space in which he engages with constituents is a public forum.
The ruling rejects administration arguments that the First Amendment does not apply to Trump in this case because he was acting as a private individual. In a 75-page decision, Judge Naomi Buchwald said Trump, as a federal official, is not exempt from constitutional obligations to refrain from "viewpoint discrimination."
"No government official — including the President — is above the law," wrote Buchwald for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Under the ruling, Buchwald did not order Trump to unblock his followers, saying that clarification of the law is sufficient to resolve the dispute. Should Trump ignore the ruling, analysts say, future litigation could force Twitter to unblock Trump's followers unilaterally.

Shame on you america:
When immigrants illegally come to america, they are separated from their kids and cannot see them while they are "processed". Thanks to the hard hands policy of the Trump administration who puts illegal immigrants first into a marshals prison instead of just deporting them back into the land where they came from, those kids (even if their parents are in prison only for a few days) end at the same place like kids who crossed the border without accompanying parents ... they are given to a government agency, the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) in order to, like WH chief of staff expressed it, "be taken care of — put into foster care or whatever."”
Well, the ORR was already strained when it just had to take care of t6ruely unaccompanied children ... but now it has to take care of children who practically have parents (which are illegal immigrants who wee put into prison by the Trump government). Well, it seems like errors have happened ... lots of errors ... the ORR has lost close to 1500 kids in "their care" ... these are kids who came together with their parents and these parents, who have been transferred from prison to ICE for their deportation now cannot locate the kids.
The resulting questioning has also turned up some horrible ORR practices:
The ORR finds foster parents for the kids, after 30 days they phone the foster parents to ask if everything's O.K:, and that`s it ... afterwards the ORR checks them out of their system and doesn't feel responsible for these kids anymore and they are totally on their own. Alone in a foreign land whose language they possibly don't speak and left at the whim of their foster parents without any additional checks of their well-being.
Same is the case with the close to 1500 children who have been "lost" ... the ORR doesn't feel resonsible to do anything in order to locate them.
So, there are now ~1500 kids lost in america, with no or little knowledge about the language, culture, or about people/agencies who might help them (and probably a huge distrust into police and governmental agencies, who had their part in putting them into this situation) and noone feels responsible for them

Oh, piss off. These people are criminals and this is a good policy which deters criminals from illegally coming here. The asylum laws are so badly abused that the vast majority are nothing but liars and fakes and everyone knows it. We need a new law which says all asylum cases must be vetted and processed either in the country of origin or in an immediately adjacent country and anyone who simply shows up at the border is automatically denied 100% of the time without any exception what so ever.
The lies and abuses of our generosity is simply out of control and should not be accepted by any reasonable person. Period.
It is about the following thing:
Upon getting "caught" by ICE, kids are (thanks to a new Trump policy) separated from their parents ... even little babies.
Parents get sent to a marshals prison and kids are processed by the ORR, which originally was only supposed to process kids who immigrate without being accompanied by their parents.
Those little kids then get put wherever (like Flynn said) ... without knowledge of the english language, without knowing anyone and so on.
The ORR puits them somewhere and then deletes the kids out of the system, as they see the cxase as closed and dont't see themselves as responsible anymore.
The parents meanwhile get processed for deportation by ICE and, quite naturally, want to have their kids back (but don't know who they can contact, as they don't have permission to phone anyone).
Now there are nearly 1500 cases of these kids having been "lost" ... the ORR doesn't have any contact to them and their foster parents and in many cases the parents got sent "home" to their country of origin, without getting the kids back.
Even you, Dinner, with your hate and prejudices of immigrants and refugees should be aware that this is a problem. Already in 2014, there was a scnadal with the ORR and kids that got sent to parents who turned out to be huma traffickers.
Some (or many) of these 1500 kids might already be prepared for a live as sex slaves or forced criminals. Even the most xenophobe conservative should understand that "losing" 1500 immigrant kids, with noone feeling responsible for finding them again, is a problem brewing, especially if they, perhaps, grow up outside of the system and turn into a a life of crime.
Or said it more shortly: Wouldn't you prefer to have these 1500 out of the country (and home with their parents), instead of being "lost" and maybe in danger of becoming a new generation of criminals?
Also, even the US treatment of japanese born citizens in WW2 (which were put into concentration camps due to fear of US authorities they might commit acts of sabotage) was more humane than the treatment of illegal immigrants is, during the Trump era (because the japanese, at least, were allowed to remain together, as families) (and it is standard throughout the civilized western world, to not forcibly separate families of refugees or immigrants, no matter whether they came in illegal or not)Last edited by Proteus_MST; May 27, 2018, 10:42.Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. Trump blames the Democrats for his Immigration and Deportation Policies. Apparently the fact that he came up with these policies is now fake news.
http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer...on-policy.html
On Saturday morning, the outcry caught the attention of internet denizen President Trump. His response: blame Democrats for a policy that he personally directed, then accuse them of being in thrall to a criminal gang.
The child-separation policy was implemented by Trump’s own attorney general, Jeff Sessions, who said, when he announced it, that “If you’re smuggling a child, then we will prosecute you and that child will be separated from you as required by law.”
Sessions also announced that the Trump administration would aim to prosecute 100 percent of border crossers, in an effort to end “catch and release” policies that freed undocumented immigrants while their cases played out in court. Both counted as dramatic changes from previous administrations, which typically allowed families — either those seeking asylum or those captured crossing illegally at the border — to stay together while they awaited their fates.
Even before separation became official U.S. policy, the Times reported that at least 700 children had been taken from their parents since October.
